Summary
Frank is a 16 year old boy who is finally on his summer break from school. When he walks around the neighborhood he noticed the 'For Sale' sign is gone from the house across from his. How will Frank's life change with the new people?

This is my first fanfic. I was really scared to post it. I hope you guys like it and make sure to comment for anything that i have messed up and your opinion on the story. I also dont know what to put as the rating. It may change later on.
Characters
Bob Bryar
Bob is 17 years old and is bestfriends with Ray and Frank. He comes off as a jerk but is really nice. He plays really well at drums. (Doesn't show that much in story)
Frank Iero
Frank is a 16 year old boy who is shy but can be a badass at times. He plays guitar and lives with both of his parents
Gerard Way
Gerard is 17 years old and is a loner. All he does is stay in his new room down in the basement and live with his brother ,Mikey, and Mom. He sings really good but he doesn't sing in front of people.
Mikey Way
Mikey is 16 years old and he is a laid back pokerface guy. He plays bass and is friends with Frank and depends on his big brother Gerard.
Ray Toro
Ray is 16 years old and is bestfriends with Frank and Bob. Hes really good at guitar and is a great friend (Doesn't show that much in the story)
