~Ray’s POV~
Hey dude,
What the hell happened? Who did this to you? I haven’t known for long, A, Mikes and Frankie told me and Bob the other day. Bob hasn’t visited you. I’m with Frank and we’re talking to you but you obviously can’t hear us, otherwise you would’ve done something by now, like squeezed Frank’s hand or groaned or something.
Frank insisted that we all write at least one letter to you before you wake up ‘so you know what’s been going on whilst you’re in here’
Hope you wake up soon. Mikes and I can’t lie for Frank for much longer. We’re about out of ideas! We would tell them the truth, but everyone would just sympathise us like the pathetic losers they are.
Anyway, hope you get better soon buddy.

~Mikey’s POV~
Hey bro,
I miss ya, you know that right? Everyone does. We’re all lying at school so we don’t have people coming up and giving us ‘the sympathy vote’ just because you’re in here. I know that sounds bad but you’d want us to act normal, wouldn’t you?
Amy and I are doing really well, we’ve been together for 2 months now, it’s crazy isn’t it?
Sorry this letter is so short but I’ve gotta get to school. Frank’s still here so you’re not gonna be on your own I’ll come visit you later, I promise. Love ya bro

~Amy’s POV~
Hey Gee,
It’s been nearly 3 months now and you’re still in a coma. The doctors said they’re thinking about taking you off of your life support in the next couple weeks if you don’t improve. I know that I haven’t know you long but you’re like a brother to me and I couldn’t bear to lose you now. None of us could…
I have to go now, my mom’s waiting outside for me but I’ll visit soon, okay.

~Gerard’s POV~
Black.
All I see is fucking black.
I wish my eyes would open so I can see - and hear - everyone again.
Beep.
Beep.
Beep.
Wait! How the fuck can I hear my heart monitor?!
Oh my freaking God! I’m waking up!
A long beep fills my ears.
Or not…

~Frank’s POV~
“He’s going into cardiac arrest! Shock him!” A doctor yells.
I break down in the chair I’m sitting in.
They push me out of the room as they prepare to shock him.
“NO!” Someone yells.
Me.
I watch through the glass in the door so I can see what’s going on.
“CLEAR!” They shout and Gee’s chest lurches up.
“CLEAR!” They shout again.
“Please don’t die Gee… please!” I cry.
“Hey Frank! Why are you out here? What the fuck’s going on?” Ray says, running up to me with Mikey and Amy in tow.
“He-he-he w-went into a c-cardiac a-a-arrest! He’s n-not go-gonna die is he?” I stutter, hugging Ray and clutching onto him for dear life.
“Oh my God! GEE! Gee!” Mikey breaks down, hugging Amy.
Ray and Amy wipe away a few tears of their own when the doctor comes out.
“You’re here to see Mr Way aren’t you?” The first doctor – Candice – says.
“Yeah,” we all say in unison. Mikey and I look up from our hugs to speak.
“Well-” that’s all I hear her say. My eyes go heavy and my knees go weak.
I pass out.
Again.

~Ray’s POV~
They had to hospitalise Frank because he collapsed again. They injected him with something and put him in a bed next to Gerard’s.
Amy took Mikey home because he wasn’t feeling well either. So it’s just me, sitting at the end of both beds, singing ‘thank you for the venom’. It’s one of Gerard and I’s favourite songs to harmonise to and Frank sometimes joins in, adding a third harmony.

“It doesn’t sound the same without you singing it with me Gerard. Please wake up dude,”
“Hey! I could’ve sung it with you!” Frank shouts, rubbing his eyes.
“Hey bud. Sure, go again?” I turn my body to face his bed and look at him as I speak.
“Okay then!” Frank replies.

“That was great!” I cry.
“Yeah, it was!” He says enthusiastically.
“Hey! Good song!” Candice says as she walks through the door into Frank and Gerard’s room.
“Thanks,” Frank and I reply in unison.
“Just coming to check on Gerard and Frank,” she says and checks over Frank’s monitors and writes down something on the clipboard she takes from the end of his bed and puts it back slowly before walking over to Gerard’s bed. She takes the clipboard from the end of his bed and checks over his monitors and drips, writes whatever needs to be written down, puts the clipboard back and walks out of the room.
“What did she check on Gee? Is he okay?” Frank asks, sitting up but I push him back down.
“No, lay down. I’ll check Gee okay?”
“Okay, tell me everything you see,” he pleads as I get up from my chair and walk to his bed. I look over and what I see stuns me.

~Frank’s POV~
Ray isn’t speaking. What the fuck is going on? “Ray? Ray!”
“Calm down, he’s okay Frankie,” Gerard?
Oh my God! Gerard! He’s awake!
“Gee-Bear?” I hesitatingly ask, not sure whether or not my mind is playing tricks on me.
“It’s me baby. I’m awake,” he says. I must be dreaming. He was being shocked about an hour ago…
“He’s awake Frankie,” Ray says, walking back over to my bed and drawing back the curtain that separates my bed from Gerard’s.
I lean over to see Gee’s face. His weak, paler yet, gleaming face. I smile at him in relief and happiness, that he’s awake and just because I love him and I’ve missed him not being able to tell me he loves me. Hell, he’s been out for 3 months! It’s been pointless living without him. If he’d died, I’d have ended it, there and then.
“Wait. Hold the phone. Frank, why are you in a hospital bed?” Gerard asks, concern lacing his tone.
“I’m okay, I just passed out again and-”
“They had to sedate him because when he woke up, he went fucking crazy and wouldn’t calm down. He was worried about you Gerard,” Ray finishes for me. I went crazy? I don’t remember half of that stuff!
“Oh Frankie. If I could move, I’d so hug you right now and…” he says, smirking knowingly.
“Woah guys! Too much info bro!” Ray exclaims, covering his ears. Gerard and I laugh at him.
“The same for you Gee-Bear,” I reply once Ray put his hands down, on purpose, laughing when he cringes again.
“What did I say guys?!”
“What did you say Ray?” Gerard and I say in unison, giving each other a knowing look when ray looks away.
“I said, ‘too much info bro!’” Ray repeats, making sure we are listening to him before speaking. “Okay? I don’t want to walk in to you having sex on the floor or in the beds for that matter,”
“Okay. We’ll just do it when no one is here then,” Gee says, causing me to laugh my head off at Ray who is running to the door.
“I’m leaving before this gets out of hand,” Ray says, running out the door.
Gerard laughed and turned to me. “I love you Frankie. I’ve missed you so fucking much that it’s insane. You have no idea…” He says, trailing off at the end as he looks down at his legs.
“Frank? You are allowed to go home later. You’re being discharged,” Candice says, interrupting me and smiling. She takes out my IV drip and turning off my heart monitor before walking out of the room again.
“I love you too Gee-Bear, more than you ever know,” I reply, jumping out of bed just to hug my boyfriend…

So... another update! This fic is getting longer really fast! Seeing as this was gonna be my 'on the side fic' as I was working on 'Love will overtake us both' fully but I've split my free time and have got this one far enough so that I can write them at the same time now...
