I Can't Wait Forever

(Jessica's POV)
I can't believe it. I made it. I'm officially in the military. I'm so scared. What if people realize…? They could just tell I'm female. I have to give it my all. apparently, we're needed immediately. We have to pack today. We're leaving tomorrow! TOMORROW?!?! That's so early!!


*time lapse, 1 day*

We're on the ship. Heading to war. I check my pockets, making sure everything is with me. Check, everything is good. I'm so terrified. I hear shots and I breathe heavily. I'm fucked. We all rush out onto a turf. I look around and I duck. I see people shot all around me. I see a giant rock and a pathway under the rock. I sprint as fast as I can into the tunnel. It's lit. What the hell? I slowly walk around in it. I walk for around 3 hours, heading straight and I emerge into a town. I gulp and I look around. "Wait…" I quickly change clothing in a hollow part of the rock. I carry my olive drabs in my bag and I walk around the town. I turn the corner and accidentally bump into a military dressed male. "S-sorry…" I mumble and he looks at me with warm eyes. I look up at him, oh my god. His smile. His face. His eyes. Him. He's so gorgeous. And tall.
