Stick By Me, I'll Stick By You
XO, LouWay.
-Frank's POV-
Wowie. It's not everyday that I get to see such a kind soul. Plus, she's way shorter than me, so that meant a lot to me, since I'm....not so tall. And what the hell was I thinking?! I'm not the kind of guy that would just ask a girl out that quick. But there's something about this girl that makes me feel like I'm home. Like hey, I'm from NJ and the people here are seriously demons compared to the ones in my hometown. Shitty attitude, working all day and night just to save your ass. She's nothing like that. Well, according to the little talk that I never want to end.
Guh, another sleepless night and shitty mornings. I guess I was just too excited to see her again. I lazily crawled out my bed and went straight to the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror. "Aye you little fucker." I rubbed my forearm. You missed her, don't you? I opened the cabinet. There it was. You can see her again if you want. Shiny. And sharp. Just a quick slash. Just how she liked it. Adie. "FUCK NO." I threw the razor back to the cabinet and quickly washed my face. I got dressed and went to the coffee shop immediately.

"Shit, sorry I'm late, Frank!" She hurried. Oh thank God. I was starting to think that she would stood me up. "No, no. It's okay. Have a seat!" I smiled, pulling a chair out for her. "Wow, thank you. Most people won't even hold the door for me." She rolled her eyes, laughing. "Well, most people doesn't know what they're missing." I gazed at her. Damn, she's so beautiful. Different than my exes, but a little change won't hurt, right? She giggled.
"To be frank, you're awesome, Frank." Now wasn't that the cutest thing ever? She just made a pun out of my name. And I don't mind at all. She could pun the fuck out of me, and I'd still like her. "You too, Lucille." "Please, call me Lou." She smiled.
"Now what made you late, if I may ask?" I leaned in to the coffee table, with my chin rested on my hand, looking all curious. "Well, my brother needed help with something. I told him that I needed to go see you. And him, being a bitch that he is, just said 'LUCILLE MARJORIE WAY, I'VE SHELTERED YOU AND--"
Umm..Lucille Marjorie WHAT?!
"Wait, wait. Hold up" I had to stop her. "You're a Way?" "Um, yeah. Why?" She looked at me, puzzled. No way... (See what I did there)
"And your brother is--"
"Gerard?" We said in unison.
"HOLY SHIT YOU'RE GEE'S SISTER?!" My eyes widened. "YOU KNOW GEE?!" Hers did too. We bursted out into laughter when we realized that we've been staring at each other in shock. "Wow, I can't believe it. Small world, huh?" She wiped a tiny drop of tear coming from her eye. "Yeah! But...you guys don't even look alike?" I questioned.
"Yeah, I was adopted." She exclaimed, almost proudly. Huh?
"Oh, sorry. It's okay if you don't want to--" "No, it's fine! Nothing wrong with it. In fact, I'm glad that I was adopted by a very loving family. My real family could've been in a really bad situation that they decided to give me away. I understand. I hope they're as happy as I am now." She looked out the window, and smiled. Not a usual smile. It's a smile that soothes you. A smile that tells you you're gonna be okay.

It's almost 6 PM and it's getting dark. I couldn't believe that we've been in the shop for more than 6 hours, just talking, laughing, getting to know each other. I loved every second of it. And did I tell you she's beautiful? Hazel eyes, small nose, full lips, and curly locks that bounces every time she laughed.
"Hey, it's getting late. I think I should go. I don't want Gee to start posting pictures of me with 'MISSING GIRL' writing over it again." She rolled her eyes. "Yeah like that ever happened." I nudged her shoulder. "Actually..." She looked down and played with her fingers.
"THAT HAD HAPPENED, HADN'T IT?!" I laughed like crazy. My crazy little fuck, Gerard. The crazy shit he does.
"Only one time! When I was over at my friend's and it started to rain so I can't really go home. The rain stopped though. And I went home. On my way home, I found a missing girl flyer about a couple blocks away. And I found Gee on the front porch, handing those flyers to people walking by. It was so funny and embarrassing at the same time." She explained, trying to hold her laugh.
"OMGee." I grinned. She instantly got my point and laughed again. "Nice, nice. Anyway, I guess I'll catch you later?" She got up and was ready to leave.
"It's getting dark, I'll walk you home." I offered. "No need, I'll be okay." She held my hand and gave it a little squeeze. I pulled her hand. "Nope, I insist." I gave her an assuring smile. "Fine." She rolled her eyes. We walked out of the shop, pinky fingers intertwined. I didn't know how that happened. We were just walking and our fingers touched and...it connected. I liked it though. No, I loved it.
We reached Gee's apartment. Wow, I never thought it would be this fast. Or maybe it was just because I was walking with her?
"Alright we're here! I had such a great time, Frank. Thank you so much." She swung my hand back and forth. "No, thank YOU!" I grinned. "You wanna come inside for a while? It's pretty chilly outside." She offered. "I'd love to, but I got some work to do at home. I promise I'll call you. " I leaned in and kissed her cheek. She blushed like crazy. Wow. Did I really just do that? "Shit. Sorry. I..uhh..that was..I just..sorry..." Damn. Smooth one, Frank. "Oh no, it's okay! Don't be sorry!" She giggled and kissed my cheek. "Alright, tell Gerard I said hi!" I clumsily made my way out while waving at her. "I will! Bye Frank!" I swear I heard a faint giggle from her not long after.
