Struggling with more Ways than one

~ 1 week later ~
~ Fletcher's POV ~
"Fletcher?" My chemistry teacher whispers as she taps me on the shoulder. I look up from my test.
"Sorry to bother you but I need you to come with me." she says.
I instantly fear that Gerard and I have been reported.
"Okay." I mumble nervously and follow her down the hallway to the office, where all my teachers were waiting; even Gerard.
He doesn't seem the least bit nervous, but he does look very attractive as always. Dressed in a black suit with a red tie, it's so unusual to see him without makeup these days.
"Please take a seat Fletcher, we have some news to tell you." The principal mumbles while taking a few papers from her files.
I sit and nervously wry my hands together. I glance to gee and I can see that he's struggling against the urge to come sit next to me and comfort me, but instead he asks:
"Everything okay Fletcher?"
I nod.
"Just a bit nervous is all." I smile weakly.
"Nothing to be nervous about darling." the principal coos.
I look at her confused.
"You're graduating!"
The teachers start applauding me and I look to Gee in shock. I don't know what to do or say so I start crying, both tears of happiness and confusion.
Gerard tries to comfort me the best he can without blowing our cover, but its not enough to console me.
The class bell rings releasing everyone from school, making me at ease knowing that all the teachers are gone and it's just me and Gee again.
We walk outside the office and through the front doors, heading through the back way hand and hand until we get to the art room.
Gerard makes sure the coast is clear before he unlocks the back door. He gives my hand a squeeze before leaning down and kissing my lips passionately. I'll admit it was a little uncalled for, but it relieved some of my stress from today. His hands slide down to my waist as he deepens the kiss.
I break the kiss with the sudden thought of the location of my belongings, they're still in the science room.
"Babe, I'll be right back." I run off leaving gee with a pouty face.
I quickly run to the science room, grab my things and return to my boyfriends loving embrace.
"I'm so proud of you." he whispers and kiss my ear.
"Me too, but I realized that 'Im gonna have to go on stage to get my diploma, and that's the last day of school." I mumble, hoping this doesn't jeopardize gee's plans.
He pauses for a moment before saying:
"Don't worry sugar I can pull some strings." He winks at me.
"I love you Gerard." I laugh.
"I love you Fletcher."

FILLER CHAPTER I just need to do one more update and then its off to the beach for fletcher and gee ;)
