Struggling with more Ways than one

~1 month later~
~Gerard's POV~
"I think we're ready to publish the record guys." I smile to my band as I take a breath after singing the last track on our new album, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge.
"This album is going to change everyone's perspective." Ray laughs.
"I'm so excited!" I beam, "I'm gonna go find Fletcher." I inform the guys and head upstairs in pursuit for my girlfriend. I walk up the the living room and she's now where to be soon.
"That's odd." I mutter.
Usually when we're practicing she's with us or upstairs.
"Mikey?" I ask rushing back downstairs.
"Did you walk home with Fletcher today?" Mikey face pales.
"No." he mutters.
"Fuck." I curse. I run back up the stairs and dial the school in case Fletcher stayed after.
No response. I slam the phone back onto the holder and whip our my cell and call her number fantically. I get voicemail after voicemail. Tears sting my eyes as I become less and less hopeful and my brain comes up with more and more horrible scenarios my beloved could be in.
Was she stolen?
Is she hurt?
I just dont know...

cliffhanger chapter and short because I just needed to put this into the plot so I could remember it and add onto it later. I will probably edit this chapter and make it longer when I have more free time. sorry guys
