The Paramour Sessions
Summary
In 2006, My Chemical Romance began recording their new album, The Black Parade. In an attempt to get an authentic feel for the death and darkness covered in the album, the band both lived, and recorded in the Paramour Mansion. The mansion, which was converted into a recording studio, had quite an unusual history. Originally the home of Daisy Canfield and Antonio Moreno, it served as a party house for the rich and famous. After Daisy's tragic death which occured on the property, it was converted into a girls home, and later a convent. A suffocating presence remained in the house, although it is doubtful that whatever stalked the halls of the mansion was ever human.
My spin on a true story.
Please give me more of this freaky shit! SO good!! :) Xx
