(Gerard's pov)

There's only one class left, with Cassie's classmates. I wonder if she is okay. She is in my house and Dean doesn't know I live there, of course she is okay. The students came into the classroom and started sitting on their respective seats. Kindle came in and went towards my table. "Do you know something about Cassie?" She asked. "Yeah, don't worry, she is now safe at my house." She smiled and went to her seat.

Okay, time to say something to give some work to the students. "Everybody pay attention to me." All the students looked at me. "Today I want you to think of an animal you like, draw it and at the back you write the reasons why you have chosen that animal. But listen, I don't want anything like 'I have chosen a cat because cats are cute' or something like that. Okay?" Everyone nodded and started to draw.

I went back to my seat and looked through the window. I was wishing this class to end and go home to see if Cassie was okay. "Teacher." Someone distracted me from my thoughts. "Call me Gerard, please." "Okay, Gerard. I don't know what to draw." Jazmin said. "It's easy. Think of something you like. For example, you like the sky or would like to fly, draw a bird, you like swimming and the ocean, draw a fish or any aquatic animal." "Okay. Thanks, teacher." She said and quickly rectified. "I mean Gerard."

I went back to look through the window, but this time something have changed. Cassie was outside, still dressed in my clothes, she looked pretty hot... Gerard! Stop that thoughts now! What was she doing there? I couldn't go outside of the school. So I kept looking to see why she was there. She seemed like she was wating for someone, maybe she was waiting for me, no... that was ridiculous, she maybe was waiting for a friend.

Some minutes later a saw someone on the distance walking towards Cassie. It was Dean! What should I do now? She was in trouble. You know what? Fuck the school rules! I'm going outside to protect her. I ran out of the class without saying anything leaving the students with poker faces. But there wasn't any time for explanation. I ran as faster as I could to the exit of the school. But when I went outside... Cassie wasn't there. I looked around, but there wasn't any sign. Fuck! I was late!

I looked to the windows of my classroom and saw all the students looking at me through the window like 'what the fuck is doing this guy?'. The only ones that had worried looks were Kindle and my brother, maybe the saw what happened. I went back to the classroom and the students looked at me like asking for an explanation of that weird race to the outside of the school. "Erm..." What the fuck could I say? "Mikey... I need to talk to you, come outside to the corridor, please." Mikey stood up and followed me to the corridor, closing the door behind him.

"Now all my classmates think that you are crazy." He said. "I don't care. Do you know why I ran outside?" Please, tell me that you see Cassie there, please. "Yeah, Cassie was there." "Well, she has stayed in our house last night because she escaped from her boyfriend's house. I leaved her at home today instead of going to school. Now I saw her there and Dean was walking towards her but when I went out they weren't there." I said in a rush. "That explains why the clothe she was wearing looks exaclty like yours." Mikey said. "But that's not the point now. Did you saw what happened?" "Yes, her boyfriend told her something really angry and then he started walking and Cassie followed her."

In that moment the bell rang. "Okay, thanks Mikes. I'm going to Dean's house. Wait me at home." I said. "I'm going with you." Mikey said grabbing me by the arm to stop me from walking. "No." "Yes, you are my brother and Cassie is my friend. I deserve to go and help you."
