Astro Zombies

The hours waiting for my team suck, but when they finally arrived I was happy. The 1st one to arrive was a girl, she looked in her 20's and pretty cool, hopefully we'd be friends. The next was a stuck up guys who looked in his late 20's early 30's, just looking at him irritated me. That was all, I had a 4 man team to search an entire city for a hidden factory. Fun. I brought them inside for a formal introduction.

"Alright, we start for Battery City tonight." I said, "Who are you?" I asked the girl.

"I'm Fire Blaze, 23."She said smiling, I smiled back and turned to the other one.

"Red Night."

"I'm Jet Star." Jet said.

"Jet? As from the Fabulous Killjoys?" Red asked.

"Yup." He said.

"Sweet, so are you the leader?" He asked.

"No, I am." I said.

"What? We have a 15 year old as a leader, fuck this." He said turning away. Okay, that pissed me off, I walked behind him and kicked the back of his knee's making him fall to the floor. I then grabbed him by the back of his shirt and dragged him to where we were. Once he was down, I keeled to his level.

"The name is Blue Moon." His eyes widened, he had heard of me. "I'm 19, and I took down Korse in 1 night, when it took all of you 20 years. Like it or not, your apart of this team. And I'm the leader, so swallow your pride and shut the fuck up."

He swallowed and nodded.

"Will your husband be joining us?" He asked when I stood up. At the sound of husband my heart broke, Jet noticed and took over telling them what we were doing and what our job is. When he had finished I showed them the map.

"This is where we think they are." I pointed to where I was shot. "These areas haven't been covered by killjoys, so that's our job to search and find."

"And destroy?" Red asked.

"No, that's for the next team, you want in on that talk to Dr.D after we have done our part." I told him, "I want this done in 3 weeks."

"Why 3?" Blaze asked.

"I have... things to attend to in Haven."

"Your kids?" She asked.

"No. You 3 will take Jet's car to 6, where we'll stay for the night, I need to grab some things and I'll take my motorcycle and meet you there." I told them, both Red and Blaze went ti Jet's car but he stayed behind.

"What are you gonna do?" He asked.

"Grab my things."

"I know you Blue." He gave me a look, "Your things are packed and on that chair," He pointed to where they were. "Plus we lived in 6 forever, your shit is there. Whats going on?"

"I'm gonna call him." I told him.

His eyes opened and he came and kissed my head then ran outside and started his car and took the drive to 6. I took a deep breath before going to where my phone was, it was off. When I turned it on, I had 429 missed calls, and 400 voice mails. I sighed as I picked it up and pressed it to my ear,.

"Hello?" Party asked on the other side.
