Okay so maybe driving a brand new mustang to my first day of school, wasn't the best idea if I didn't want to get attention from everyone. As soon as I pulled into a parking spot, everyone was eying my car, either I walked out to face them now, or walk late into class, earning a stare from my class mates. Life is full of hard choices.

I decided to throw the hood of my hoodie on and walk into the office, hoping no one would notice me, I was wrong, every guy at that school was looking at me and whispering, and talking about me. I hated it. I just wanted to turn around and go back home and cry on my bed, but I didn't want to upset Father or Daddy so I sucked in up and headed straight for the office. When I got in, the receptionist was staring at his computer and didn't even notice me walking up to the desk.

"Excuse me?" I said after a few minutes of going unnoticed, which I loved by the way.

"How may I-" He stopped mid sentence when he saw I was a girl, he stared at me wide eyed for a minute, thinking his eyes were lying to him.

"uh, I'm new here, I need a schedule and a map of the school." I said.

"Uh-uh name?" He asked.

"Alex Frost." He started to do some typing on his computer.

"I'm sorry Miss Frost, we have no Alex Frost in our system, I would be happy to add you though?" He asked nervously.

"Try Alexandria Frost." He tried it.

"Here you are, there's a note that the principle himself would like to help you." As he finished his sentence the bell rung. Great, now when I finally got to class everyone would stare at me. "Follow me." He added and got up and I followed him.

We stpopped in front of a door and he knocked on it before opening it. "Mr. Adam? Alexandria Frost is here for you." He notified him and let me in.

"Alexandria, welcome." Mr. Adam said as he motioned me to sit down in a chair in front of his deck. "Welcome to Belleville High school, now lets see about your schedule shall we?" He asked then printed me out one. "Right now you have History, then English, then your break, Math then Science of Fertiles, lunch then Art and then you may leave to go home." He smiled,
"Now since your new and it's your senior year, we have assigned another fertile to show you around school." Great, I was being forced to talk to someone, "I'll call him in." He turned to talk into a phone.

I took this oppertuinty to pull out my phone and check it quickly. I had a text from Father.

I smiled, him texting me made my mood a bit better, I was about to text a response when Mr. Adam cleared his throat. I looked up at him and bit my lip, hoping not to get in trouble on the first day of hell, I mean High School.

"If it wasnt your first day here, I would confiscate that from you." He added in a firm tone that Father used, he must be a Dom. "Now, your tour guide shall be here momentary. He's a fertile by the name of Mikey Way, although he is not a senior, he knows all of the class you will be taking and where they are. Any questions so far Alexandria?"

"Call me Alex, and I have a few about the mating ceremony. When does it take place?" I asked.

"The date has been undecided, but before this year is up. Most teenagers have already found there mate and locked it, but mate's chosen in school functions, work out 100% so you have nothing to worry about me dear." He added with a smile.

"Okay..." I said, unsure of what to say next.

"One more thing, our school newspaper would like to do a story about you." He smiled at the thought of his school getting more publicity.

"Am I required to do that?"

"Yes." I was just about to argue him when someone knocked on the door and Mr.Adam invited them in.

A young skinny man with blonde hair and glasses peeked his head inside, when he saw me I was expecting him to stare at me, but he just gave me a warm smile and looked to the principle, almost ignoring me. I liked this kid a lot more now.

"Mr.Way. This is Alexandria." He smiled and gestured to me, I smiled back but all I wanted to do was flip him off for using my full name, "She is new here, and you will act as her tour guide, here is her schedule," He said handing mine over to him and Mikey skimmed it over, "Now have a nice first day Alexandria." He said and pushed the 2 of us out of his office.

Mikey started to walk out of the office and I was close behind him. As we walked away from the office he spun around to face me, scaring me a bit in the process. But he just gave me another warm smile and held his hand out for me to shake it, which I did.

"I'm Mikey, as you must already know, and your Alexandria, welcome to hell." He laughed and I couldn't help but laugh as well.

"Please call me Alex." I said.

"Sure thing Alex," He said walking down towards where my first class should be. "So just so you know, everyone heard about a girl coming to school so you might expect a few stares."

"I'm like the only girl in America, I'm used to being looked at." I shrugged.

"That must suck. At least you have friends to not stare at you." He tried.

"Yeah no... I don't have any friends." I said in a small voice. He stopped and faced me again with his mouth dropping.

"No way! We'll I'm about to fix that," He threw his arm around my shoulder and pulled me close to him, "From this day on," He yelled, "Michael James Way and Alexandria" he continued to look at me, not knowing my middle or last name.

"Regan Frost." I whispered smiling.

"From this day on, Michael James Way and Alexandria Regan Frost shall be best friends forever!" He shouted from the top of his lungs then started to laugh, I couldn't help but laugh as well.

Maybe this day would be so bad after all.
