Every year since Frank turned fifteen, hes been hosting the renowned Halloween in New Jersey, under the noses of unsuspecting humans. He makes sure that the ghouls, witches, vampires, and werewolves that hideaway all year are allowed to roam under the streetlights, scaring the shit out of little kids, and adults. They aren't just the monsters under your bed, they're people.

Everyday since MIkey made Gerard, hes been watching a boy with big honey eyes and black hair grow to be the person who would rule the creatures of the night (in Jersey). Slowly, hes become attached to watching and learning about him as he grew into the KIng he is today, and hopefully get the guts to speak up.

But one night, FRank isn't feeling happy any longer about his job, every year, scaring people, his citizens are content to go home and act human as if they always where - but forgetting it's also Frank's birthday. With no one left in his family he lays forgotten up in his rickety old mansion until he sees the jack-o-lanterns glowing up top of the hill, and descends into the night with horrific intentions.

Frank just wants to be normal.
Gerard just wants to fit in.
