Frank:
I had absolutely no idea where Gerard was taking me, I figured out a few minutes ago that it was only Saturday and that was after we passed the empty parking lot in front of the school.
"Gee, please tell me where we're going..."
"Not until we get there baby."
"When will that be?"
"Now."
I look in front of the car and I see a huge sign reading, "Vic's Pet Shop." I look back at Gee and he has this huge cheesy ass grin on his face. His face, damn, I love it. His eyes, his hair, his lips, his fucking nose for Christ's sake. But seriously, those lips work wonders, if you know what I mean.
"Are you....did you....puppy?"
"Yes Frankie, we're getting a puppy. I wanted to surprise you with a small junior year gift."
I wrap my arms around the older boy's neck and kiss his face repeatedly.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I love you so much Gerard, know that."
"I know sweetie, let's go get your puppy."
He grabs my hand and leads me into the pet shop. I walk straight over to the puppies while Gee talks to the owners, Vic Fuentes and Kellin Quinn, they go to our school and they also rescue animals and clean them up so that they can get adopted. They make a really cute couple. Then, I see the one. A small Labrador Retriever with big brown eyes. I pick him up and pet him a bit.
"Gee, I found the one!"
He walks over and joins me with Vic and Kellin.
"Oh, I see you've met the baby, he's a really sweet puppy if you ask me, but no one will adopt him because he's so small."
"Vic, you two won't have to worry about him being alone anymore, because he is coming home with us."
"That's great Frank, Kellin, go grab the adoption papers, will you babe?"
"Sure honey."
Kellin walks to the counter and comes back with a clipboard and some pens.
"Just sign this and he is all yours."
Gerard and I sign the papers and he even lets me pick the name. We just watched The Nightmare Before Christmas last night so I choose Bunny. Bunny fits him. I mean, he's so fluffy and soft and adorable and unff....I love him.
"I choose Bunny Gee."
"Okay baby, Bunny it is. Thanks guys."
The boys saw goodbye and Gerard walks me and Bunny to the car. He opens the door for me and I sit down with Bunny in my lap. He walks over to his side of the car and gets in. He turns to me and kisses my lips passionately, then, he kisses Bunny's head and scratches his ear.
"I love my boys, I love you guys so much."
"I love you too Gerard. Let's go home."
We drive home and began playing with our new puppy.
