Star Crossed Lovers

I run at the vampire. Shooting it the chest and head. As i come near it is trying to heal itself. I like a little fight so i wait till it comes to. Finally when i see it start to stir i ready my self. The vampires eyes snap open and it jumps up hissing. I drop my weapons and we get into a hand to hand combat. None of us gaining the upper hand. I slip momentarily when i hear the cry of my fellow hunters Pete and Ray. I look over to make sure they are alright and the damn thing takes the opportunity to knock me off my feet. As i am laying on the ground trying to recover from having the wind knocked out of me the vampire stalks over and places its foot over my throat. Before i could react though the vamp was already being sent flying backwards by the rifles in the hands of Pete and Ray. I quickly jump up ripping off a piece of tree bark in the process and drive it through the damned creatures chest. I look around and realize my clan had been waiting on me to finish my vamp off.

"Seriously dude we all know you like a fight and shit but if you can please just take the easy way so we can avoid having to save your ass." Ray says while Pete is just chuckling behind him.

We all start to head out of the forest to go home. Separating once we are near them. Pretty soon i am left walking on my way home alone with my father. We stealthily sneak in to our home so my mother wouldn't hear us and say our good nights and head off to bed. I fall into a deep slumber as soon as my head hits the pillow.

*Time lapse next morning*

"FRANKLIN!! GET UP IT'S TIME FOR SCHOOL!" I hear my mom screech. i look over my shoulder and see its 20 minutes from first bell. I rushout of bed throwing on an all black ensamble. I run downstairs giving my mom a kiss, bye to my dad, and grabbing my coffee off the counter. I run into my first class just as the bell rings. I see that there is someone already sitting in my seat. Probably new i think.

"Hey um thats my seat but the one next to it is open." I say.

The kid with black hair looks up at me and just nods moving to the seat beside us. I stand there dumbfounded. The moment he had looked into my eyes i felt the passion ignite. This time was different though it was of hate and bloodlust. It was of love, protectiveness, and lust.

"Are you okay?" He asks bringing me from my thoughts. I nod and sit in my desk beside the beautiful and exhausted looking boy. Sneaking glances at him throughout the rest of the class period.

Sorry if this isnt that good ive been doing all nighters for stupid school so im pretty exhausted. This will get better though so thank you to those who read!!!!
