Finally
I crashed through the corridors violently, praying nobody would stop me. I couldn't deal with anything right now. I was just so tired of... everything. Behind the anguish was a burning streak of determination. It was time to do what I'd been putting off for so long. I pushed open the toilet door and shut myself in a cubicle, sitting down on the toilet seat. I rummaged through my bag, and found the little case with my shiny silver blades in. I rooted past the smaller, regular ones and found the biggest one I owned. I took a deep breath, pushed my sleeve up past my elbow, and I began to cut. Up instead of across. It hurt more than usual, and I pressed deeper and further with every slash. Blood poured from the wounds. My head began to spin and I felt my consciousness slipping. The last thought in my mind was, 'finally'...
