We kinda just sat there looking at each other. When gerard finaly spoke up.

"errr are you tired you just learned a lot about yourself in just a few hours. I could leave if you want."

"No... To both."

We both were quite again. I decided to do questioning of my own.

"Why did you save me?" I asked

"Well after I untied you. You ra-"

I cut him off " You untied me?"

"Yes. By the way why where you tied up to begin with?"

I looked down to emberassed to tell someone I just met that my brother(... well i guess my ex brother?) and his friends kicked the shit out of me for being gay. Well now that I found out that Im a fertile it explains it all. It was weird to know I was special... Rare.

"Ummm my errr brother and his friends beat me up."

Gerard got up at the drop of a hat, throwing his chair aginst the wall causing me to flinch and hide under my hospital blanket. "THOSE HUMANS TOUCHED YOU, FRANK IM SERIOUS I WANT NAMES AND I WANT THEM NOW ILL RIP THE FLESH OFF THERE BONES. HOW DARE THEY EVEN LAY A FINGER ON SOMEONE AS PRECIOUS AS YOU."

I whimpered a little I know vamps are usually turn on by this but I was scared shitless Im not use to this I mean jesus I don't even eat meat for fucks sake. I truly don't know what to do. Im gonna sound like a pansy for saying this but I cried a little from fear and confusion. I think that is what caused Gerard to calm down.

"Oh little one I am soo sorry to scare you but, you have to know this is serious they hurt you and broke both human and vampire law." He kissed my forehead

I just sniffed and nodded

He started picking up his chair and the mess he made"You don't have to give me names I'll get them from your brother he should be in jail with the person that called himself your father. Please get some rest your weak. I'll be taking you home in the morning and we will have my personal doctor drop by every now and then."

"Gerard I still have questions"

"Of course you do. Im sorry that just set me off Im normally not like that."

"Oh okay. Ummm how long was I out for?"

" 2 days. May I ask why you did it?"

I thought about his question and I kinda started crying but not cause all the shit I been through but the fact that I have a new start and a better life and I will never feel that type of pain ever again!

Gerard looked like he wanted to comfort me but before he could get up I spewed my guts out and told him everything how my mother left when I was a little boy and how my "father" and "brother" blamed me for her leaving us. I told him how my "brother" raped me all the time which made me be afraid of the dark and I told him how everyone beat me at school sometime even the teachers threw a kick or punch every now and then.

By the time I was done telling him my life story he had tears running down his cheek. I don't know much about vampires or Doms but I do know is they don't cry often. He got up and sat on my bed and hugged me. I gripped onto him like my life depended on it.

He kept kissing my the top of my head and told me that everything was going to be okay. I believe him and for the first time in my life I felt safe.

I slow fell asleep in his arms.
