Mackenzie Way
I was staying back in the old room I had grown up in. It was mid morning when I had 1st felt my contraction. At first I did know what it was, I got a sharp pain and let out a cry in pain, I didn't know what it was, and as soon as it came it was gone. I decided to ignore it and go back to napping. But not long after I felt another pain and I let out another cry. I was starting to get worried, I didnt know what was happening to me. I couldn't be in labor, I still had 3 more weeks and Party wasn't here with me. I couldn't do this alone. So I just ignored it.
"Alright get up." Grace said coming inside my room and helping me off my bed.
"What?" I asked.
"I know those pain noises, I went through them when I gave birth to Brian, like it or not, your having that baby." She said and pointed to my stomach.
"No, no, no, no. I cant Party isn't here, I cant do this without him." I said letting her drag me out of my room and help me down to the hospital wing.
When Reggie saw me, he knew what was going on and took me to a room and gave me a dress to slip into. Grace helped me change and get into bed with all my pains and crying.
"Please call Party."
"okay." She left to get a cellphone and came back and pressed it to my ear.
"Hello?" Party asked.
"Party." I cried into the phone.
"Blue! Whats wrong? Why are you crying?" He asked frantically into the phone, I heard mummers from his side of the phone call and I assumed it was the guys.
"I-I am in labor."
"Holy shit! Are you serious?!" He asked I could tell he was smiling, I let out a cry in pain from another contraction. "Were on our way." I heard someone say something, then Party started to talk again,
"I'm gonna give the phone to Ghoul, okay?"
"Okay." I heard some ruffling and then Ghoul came on.
"Hey Champ, how are you feeling?" He asked.
"I'm scared, and in pain." He laughed.
"Sounds about right. How long have you felt these pain?" He asked.
"I don't know."
"I need you be specific. For the baby."
"Um I've had sharp pain's for about 10 minutes."
"Has your stomach been tightening?" He asked, now that I thought about it it was all last nigh.
"All last night." I answered Ghoul.
"Okay, is there anyone there with you?" He asked.
"Um, Grace."
"Okay. have her get Reggie." I told her to get Reggie and they came back in my room within a few minutes, "Okay now hand Reggie the phone." I did as I was told.
Reggie took the phone from me and sat on a chair on the feet of my bed, he gestured to my legs, asking if he could take a look. I nodded, letting him left the sheets and stare into me. He was concertinaing on what Ghoul was saying to him through the phone. After a few minutes he said something to Ghoul.
"It looks about 8." He said. "Okay." He handed the phone back to me.
"I think you have been told this before but you are one tough bitch for being 8 centimeters along and not being able to feel t." He laughed.
"Is that bad or good?" I asked.
"It means someone is gonna have a baby soon." He andswered, but not really answering me, if that makes any sense.
"How long?"
"About 4-6 hours maybe...."
"How long does it take you guys to get here?"
"Were going like crazy fast and it shouldn't-"
"How. Long." I asked cutting him off.
"At our best 5 hours."
"Fuck." I felt more tears stream down my face and Grace held my hand.
"Hey baby." Party now said through the phone."Just hang on, I will kill myself if I'm not there for my 1st kids birth."
Another contraction, I heard a gasp in pain from Grace from me squeezing her hand.
"Another? Like hell if I wanna do this again, you can do the birth next time." I said making him laugh.
"A few more hours and will have out baby boy." He said.
"Or girl."
As the hours passed by, Party was still on the road making his way back over to me, Reggie and Ghoul have been on the phone checking on me. Dr.D had heard and came rushing over to me, happy about his 2nd grandbaby. Sometimes I think he was more excited about it rather then me or Gerard. Sadly it didn't seem like Gerard was gonna make it in time. Reggie had left to put on a pair of scrubs and so did Dr.D, because I wanted him there with me.
"Gerard... It's time." I said to the phone as Reggie positioned my legs and my pain was nonstop, "And your not here."
"I"m almost there, I can see the gates. Just hang on a bit more." He pleaded with me.
"I cant, it hurts to much." I cried into the phone, "I'm sorry I have to push." I hold him
And thats what I started to do. Reggie told me when to push and when to stop.
"Okay, the head;s almost out, just a bit more and we'll have a baby." Reggie said.
Dr.D kissed my fore head, which was full of sweat, and told me I was doing great. I was about to push again when the door burst open and Ghoul, Jet, Kobra, and Party came in wearing scrubs. Ghoul replaced Reggie at the feet of my bed, Jet and Kobra came in and stood next to my belly on either side. And Party came over to the side where Dr.D wasn't and grabbed my hand.
"Told you I'd be here." He said and kissed me.
"Alright Blue, let's get that baby out of you." Ghoul said, "Now push."
One small push and we heard our baby's cry. Our baby girl. Ghoul took her and put her in a blanket and placed her on my chest. I was crying hard and Party was crying to. A few minutes later, Ghoul had to take her away to clean her up and everyone left us to our-self. Ghoul came by with my little girl in his arms and handed her over, kissed her head, and told us congrats and left us.
"She's so beatuiful." I said looking at her pink cheeks, she was asleep."
"She is." He said running his finger along her face, "She looks just like you."
"What about a name?" I said.
"Do you wanna chose her Killjoy name and I chose her real name or switch it?" He asked.
"We both chose out Killjoy names, so I think she should to." I said staring at her.
"Okay, how about Clair?"
"No, Hope?"
"Nah, Regina?"
"No, how about Mackenzie?" I asked,
"Mackenzie?" He said trying it out, "I like it."
"Whats your last name?" I asked him.
"Way." He answered.
"Mackenzie Way."
"Mackenzie Amelia Way."
"Amelia?" I asked.
"yeah, it's pretty like you and her, I think it fits." He said.
"I like it." I said and he kissed me.
I dont know why I was scared about a baby. Yeah I was young, but I had my family, my dad, my husband and my kids, plus my brothers. Everything was gonna change, a new worl to raise my new kids in. I couldnt ask for more.
"Alright get up." Grace said coming inside my room and helping me off my bed.

I dont know why I was scared about a baby. Yeah I was young, but I had my family, my dad, my husband and my kids, plus my brothers. Everything was gonna change, a new worl to raise my new kids in. I couldnt ask for more.

Well.... that's the ending guys. Thank you everyone who read, voted, and superscribed to my story, it's been a hell of a 3 months, this was my 1st ever fanfic and I was so scared to write it I delayed it for about a month, thank you everyone so giving me encouraging words :) I'm gonna start another story soon, it will be a Fertile/Dom Gerard way vampire story, I'll let you guys know when it's up if your interested.
