Zero Percent
We are gonna have some fun tonight
I had been walking this stupid road for about 2 hours now and there is no sign of any diner anywhere. And I'm kinda pissed off. Dr.D told me 2 hours, did he expect me to run the whole thing?
A few miles ago I passed an old telephone booth, and on the map, that meant I was in zone 6, where the Killjoys are, my Killjoys. I sighed as I thought about them, they had a amazing rep, they've gone in and out of Battery City many time without being caught, killed over 1,000 Drac's taken down assassins, and were one Korse's personal shit list. Hopefully I will be able to have all of that.
So far I've been lucky on this walk, I haven't run into any Drac's, even though I want to bash on those bitches, I would like some real training first, I also ran into another killjoy. Her name was Bunny Rider, she was 19 and had been a killjoy since she was 17. She rode up to me on her motorcycle about an hour into my walk, when I heard her motorcycle going i turned to her and held my ray gun pointed at her heart as she stopped next to me.
"Easy kid, if I wanted you dead, you would already be dead." She said with a laugh, I still didn't trust her so I kept my gun up.
"I'm guessing your new at this." She said gesturing to my gun, I slowly put it back into it's holster, but kept my guard up.
"I'm gonna take the silence as a yes, I'm Bunny Rider by the way." She said.
"Blue Moon." I said.
"She talks," Rider said while laughing, "You look pretty young to be wandering out by yourself at night, do you need a ride somewhere?"
"I would like to say yes but I want to do this on my own."
"Do what?"
"I'm becoming a killjoy, Dr.D said for my 1st mission I had to get to my mentors base by myself."
"You mean you walked all the way out here from Safe Haven by yourself?"
"No Dr.D gave me a ride to zone 8, and I've been walking since then."
"Wow, he dropped me off at my mentors base when it was my time, well I guess things have changed since then, well good luck Blue Moon," She said as she mounted on her bike, "Oh yeah, where you going?"
"To the Fabulous KIlljoys."
"You lucky bitch, oh well its about another 20 minute walk away, your almost there."
"Thanks Bunny Rider." And with that she drove off.

The diner came in view not to long ago, the closer I got the louder my heart began to beat, by the time I had reached the door, I'm pretty sure Korse could hear it all the way from Battery City. I knocked once, then waited a second, then twice, then waited another second, then three times. The seconds that ticked away felt like hours as I patiently waited for someone on the other side to open the door.
When the door had finally opened I saw the tip of a gun pointing at me and a short man holding the gun, I also felt something hard touch the back of my head so I assumed it was another gun. I thought about my options, I could try and reach for my gun and shoot, but I would most likely get myself killed or kill one of my mentors, and I didn't even know if these guys were them. Or I could just stand there and wait for them to make the first move. I decided to go with the second option.
"Who the fuck are you and what are you doing here?" The short one asked.
"Well I thought the special knock was gonna clear things up but I guess not. I the new killjoy you four are supposed to train. I'm pretty sure Dr.D told you guys about me?" I said.
"Well if you are the killjoy we are looking for, then arnt you forgetting something?" The one from behind me asked.
"Oh yeah, Peanut Butter." I said remembering what Dr.D told me.
The short one in front of me, who was about 5'6 and and inch or so taller than me, which is still short, lowered his gun, removed his black bandana from his face and gave me one of the biggest smiles in the world.
"Welcome to the Fabulous Killjoys my dear." Then he attacked me with a bear hug that I couldn't breath in.
"Cant...... Breath......" I gasped.
"Ghoul dont kill her yet please." The voice from behind me said.
The short one let me go and once I caught my breath I turned to face this mystery guy. He was about 5'10 and had a big fro on the top of his head, and had an eye patch on. He gave me a warm smile that I returned to him.
"Come on, let's meet everyone." The one with the fro said as he put a had on my shoulder and led me inside.
When we were inside we were greeted by two other guy, which I'm guessing were the rest of my mentors. One of them had blond hair and was about the same height as the fro guy. But the other was about an inch or 2 shorter than him and has the same firetruck red hair as me. And I'm not gonna lie, he was hot as fuck, just the way his body looked in those black jeans and navy blue muscle shirt, which did a great job shoeing off his muscles if I might add. I now understood Dr.D's comment about me saying redheads are hot. But hey I wasn't wrong.
"So, your the newbie?" Mr.Hotty asked me.
"Uh, yeah I guess I am." I answered, and I could feel my face start to blush as he looked at me.
"Well I'm Party Poison, this is my brother Kobra Kid." He said pointing to the blond one, "That's Fun Ghoul" He said pointing to the short one, "And that's Jet Star." He said pointing to the guy with the fro. "We were expecting you here earlier, but it's pretty late so I'll show you to your room then we will stat tomorrow." Party Poison said taking my hand and leadining me into the back room.
When are hands touched I swear I felt something but I don't know if he did do I tried my best to keep a calm face, but on the inside I wanted to scream and shout. The back room had a secret staircase that led below to a hallway with 6 doors, 3 on each side.
"This one is yours," He said leading me to the one in the middle on the right side, "Mine is to your right, and Fun Ghoul's is to your left. Across from me is Kid and across from him is Jet. So well, goodnight." Then he walked into his room.
I went into my room and decided to get some sleep, there was a bed facing the opposite wall of the door with a night stand next to it, and a dresser on the left wall. I just threw my bag into a corner and set my gun and phone on the nightstand. Then stripped into my underwear and tang top and crawled into bed. I sat there for about 10 minutes before my door opened and walked in Kobra.
He just walked right in and closed the door behind him without saying anything.
"Can I-" He cut me off by shaking his head.
"If you know what's best for you, you'll stay quite." He said then I heard a click behind him, and he walked over to my bed and started climbing on it until he was on top of it and almost on top of me.
"Sweet cheeks, we are gonna have some fun tonight." He said with a smirk.
