Nicole’s POV

When we got to the park we decided to sit down on a bench near by to rest. It wasn’t to far away, but still we were tired.

We sat there in silence at first and then Mike started talking to me, about his parents.
He missed them a lot, and I could tell by just the way he talks about them.
But I don’t blame him, after all I miss Jason too.
Jason was my older brother, and we had a relationship similar to Mike and Gerard’s. But I guess you could say a little bit awkward.
He was a really great brother, always taking care of me. Loosing him was the worst thing that could have happened to me. But still, that’s exactly what happened. He had passed away two years ago, after getting shot by some man. Let me tell you something:
I have no idea who that man was, and neither does the police, but I sure as fuck hate him.
I mean can you believe that someone can kill and still get away with it?
But as awful as it was, it was life. And one thing I have learned from life is that, it’s not always fair.

After talking some more about stuff we had in common, Mike decided it was time to head back to his house.

Mikey’s POV

When we got to my house we saw Gee waiting for us in the living room.

“Hey, where did you go earlier?” I asked feeling a bit curious.

“To get some movies for us, wanna watch?”

I looked at Nicole waiting for her answered.

“Umm, yeah. Just let me call my parents and let them know I’ll be home later” she said while taking out her cell phone from her pocket and going in the kitchen to talk.

“What are you planning?” I knew he had something in mind.

“Me?”

I looked at him and nodded.

“Nothing. Why?”

“It sure doesn’t look like ‘nothing’ ”

I was gonna tell him to stop whatever he was planning on doing, when Nicole came back.

“So what are we gonna watch?” she asked smiling, like always.
Only this time, I noticed she wasn’t the only one smiling. So was my brother.
