Frank's POV.

It had been about a week since Gerard had told me Sarah's feelings for him.

Though, I was feeling better. He'd convinced me nothing could change his mind about us. I believed him, after all we had been through..

Gerard collapsed onto the bed beside me, his breathing a little laboured.

“You amazing man.” I whispered as I shuffled over and cuddled into his chest, a content sigh leaving my lips.

Gerard chuckled quietly to himself whilst his fingers slowly ran through my hair. “You're the amazing one.” He whispered, closing his eyes with a small, lazy smile.

“Nah.” I breathed, letting my fingertips slowly brush over the skin on his chest. “Think about what we've been through together..” I grinned. “I remember the first day I saw you.”

“Oh, god I remember that too.” Gerard chuckled. “My first day as a teacher and I find you, in my class, hard as a rock with Ray touching you.”

I blushed a little at that. “Seems like so long enough.. I just remember being so embarrassed, being all hard in front of the hottest teacher in school.”

“Oh please.” Gerard laughed again, kissing the top of my head. “Then I went along with you to get your nipple pierced.. You were so scared.”

“I was fucking terrified.” I whispered, my eyes flickering down to the stud in my nipple before resting back against his chest. “Then going back to yours.. Nearly kissed you. Then Zack showed up..”

Gerard sighed gently and nodded. I wasn't sure how he felt about the whole Zack thing.. It was a delicate subject still and I expected it always would be. I didn't blame him.

“We worked out in the end though.” I murmured after a moment of silence.

“Of course we did.” Gerard whispered whilst slowly turning us over so he could hold himself above me, his hands on the pillow either side of my head. “I couldn't have let you go..”

I smiled gently and rested my hand on his cheek. “I couldn't have let you go either.” I whispered before pulling him down for a gentle kiss, my hand now on the back of his neck.

“I love you Frankie.” He whispered against my lips.

“I love you too Gee.” I breathed, grinning as I pulled him down for another kiss.

Everything was perfect to be honest. I had the best boyfriend in the world, we'd made it through so much together, I was slowly being allowed back into Jamie's life, and we couldn't have been more in love.

“Dunno what I'd do without you.” I whispered once the kiss had been broken.

“Mm, who knows. I'm just glad we met.” He murmured, letting his fingers slowly stroke through my hair.

“Me too.” I smiled.

“Frankie..?”

“Yeah?”

He smiled and leant down, pressing another gentle kiss to my lips. “You know you love me?”

I smiled. “Yeah.”

“And you know we've been together a while?”

“Yeah.”

He chuckled and kissed me again gently, letting our foreheads rest together so he could look down into my eyes. “Frankie will you marry me?”
