Yup pretty much. He's persistent to the point of harassment really. I'm glad you asked about Frank, that will be revealed later :)

Is it just Gerard way to wear people down until they have no other options but to give into what he wants? Because I can see he did that with Amanda, but did he do it with Frank? I kinda envy Amanda. I mean, come on, who wouldn't want to be in the middle of a Gerard and Frank Sandwich.

Yeah, but I'm at least 1/4 to the front....

Well, I'm pretty certain Frank wouldn't be too happy but what Frank doesn't know can't hurt him. She still hasn't agreed yet, but she enjoying Gerard's method of persuasion immensely :D I wouldn't complain either, hell I do anything to get into that man's pants. Seriously.
