Well in the hentai Pico was depicted as quite young, even though the disclaimer said everyone in the anime was 18. *cough cough*

While we "lowered" his and Frank's age for the fic, we wanted to keep a lot of the original lines and behaviors of the characters. Thus the result was a lot of child like innocence mixed with...well you know. ^0^

The original is definitely on the creepy side, so I think we did it a better justice and made the ages more appropriate to the possibility of being sexual active at them. ^-^
