I'd say Gerard this time at least at first. Head of the company, older and experienced, has the confidence Frank doesn't seem to have. But Frankie seems to bring out a vulnerability in Gee that he's not used to. So I can see Gerard bottoming later down the road - once they've been sleeping together awhile and Gee wants to take things to the next level of openness in their relationship.
