I like that idea a lot, but going off of that the guy who apologized could be an ally then turn his back on Frank while someone else if Bryce's group suddenly becomes nice because he likes Frank, and that'll start to get between Frank and Gerard. That way everything will become one huge mess of feels.

I think we need some more good things to come.

Bryce's friends will still be following Bryce's orders, so now he'll just be tormented in and out of school, especially if some other group decides to take advantage of Bryce being gone and rises up to be worse than Bryce ever was.
