Ouch man, yeah done ligaments in my knee before got a good 7 months of weekly physio for me fucked my wrists up too. Sports a bitch, level 8 gymnast here, not the ideal sport either. I understand the pain brother

Thanks. I've sprained my ankles at least twenty times each and in one, I tore ligaments off the bone twice. I'm a fucking granny but its because I play A grade competition netball.
Woooo more story! And I getcha dude I'm currently recovering from two sprained ankles, physio once a week is a pain. It's all worth it in the end tho best of luck with it all! Xx
