I don't think I could have seen that coming. It did have something to do with genetics, but definitely not how I had thought. Very nice twist, my friend. And believable; the brain protects us from things we don't want to remember, shields us from the traumatic happenings of a day to remember.
And, HOLY SHIT FRANK IS SO FRIENDLY AH! That's my fangirling quota for the month.
