I also don't do real life ships (Ger-Z or Framia) it kinda weirds me out since they're actually married in real life even though Jamia and Frank are adorable.

I believe Frerard existed, or, if not that, Frank loved Gerard and it was unrequited. I believe Stomachaches is about Frank missing Gerard and MCR (except for the one song that is obviously about Jamia) I believe Frank is deeply in love with his wife but still holds non-platonic feelings of some kind towards Gerard.
