What's your fave memory with MCR?

My fave memory is literally my wall. It's plastered with fanart I did over the year.

The first time i ever heard MCR. I was 8, we were watching C4 and I'm Not Okay came on and I instantly ran to the tv because I thought ohmygod who are these people they're guys in makeup mum always said that's weird wow this song is really cool
and the lord said let there be obsessions...
And the first cd i ever bought with my own money was The Black Parade when I was 10. I still have it, but i knocked a bitch out because she borrowed it and gave it back with a little split in it :'c but MCR has been my absolute favourite band and a massive inspiration to me since I was 8 years old. I'm 15. Every time someone compliments my singing I say "Thank Gerard Way, not me."
True story.

My favourite MCR memory has to be when I saw them play live as The Black Parade in '07. I went with two good friends and we shared vast amounts of excited laughter throughout the day at school leading up to the show that night. Frank came out dressed up as Spiderman to play with The Bled during a song, I fell into a big pile of confetti during "Sleep", a tall guy next to me asked if I wanted to crowd surf during "Helena", Ray shook his hair like mad during "House of Wolves", Frank flipped off the crowd during "Teenagers", "Cancer" proved to be a beautiful moment in time between Gerard and the crowd and "Famous Last Words" left a powerful last impression when the house lights came on and the audience sang the lyrics back to the band.

Well when I was little, an 8th grader brought a gun and went full ass phyco (by the way I went to a catholic school so the grades were Jk to 8th. And I was in 2nd.) we could see through a window looking out to him and a police officer was tryin to calm him down and BAM he shot the police officer strait through his forehead. I saw the whole thing. I went home and listened to the radio and cryed for hours... Then the black parade came on and it made me feel comforted. Gerard has the best voice that soothed me even when he was kinda screaming. I've kinda been obsessed since... But I'm open with it and everyone knows. I love My Chemical Romance.

when I was 12 and wanted to end my life because of constant bullying at school, I saw a CD on my bedroom floor, it was three cheers for sweet revenge, and I put it in the CD player, I thought I'd have some exit music (if you catch my drift) When I heard Gerard's voice, I put the blade down and just listened, ever since then I've always loved them! I listened to them before that like, but I didn't pay attention to the lyrics.
On a lighter note, my other fave memory is the kiss between Frankie and Gee onstage! So hawt!!!!
