does anyone know what happened to Punkypine Shadow?

She hasn't updated in a long time and I've been wondering if she just lost interest or got locked out of her account or something, her story is amazing I really wish I could find out what happens next

A lot of accounts on here go dead - mine included, because they loose interest in the fandom, in the fanfiction, or just the website in general. Try looking for her on Mibba and Ao3, maybe wattpad. The best you can do is look for her elsewhere and hope for the best.
