I wouldn't do anything, it's not your fault that you gound his Skype but actually skyping him would be a massive breach of his privacy, and would probably scare him because he doesn't know you just stumbled upon it rather than stalking him or something. I'd just leave it and wouldn't try to contact him through it, if he wanted fans to have it he would give it out to the public.

You should just ask him on Tumblr, but don't give it to anyone, and don't try to skype him. Respect his privacy. Skyping him would probably creep him out.
