Gee POV
I saw her first. The girl in the corner of the room. she was drawing or writing something. I grabbed Frank by the hand and dragged him over to her table with me. i let go off him and snickered as he fell to the floor. "HI! Im gerard! and this heres my buddy Frank." i smiled at her. Upon hearing us, she shut her notebook quickly as if she didnt want us to see what she was doing.
"Hi, I-I'm Helena." she stuttered. she seemed shy enough.
Helena POV
My eyes rested on the beautiful gaze of Gerard's. I smiled. "Hi. I-I'm Helena" i stuttered. I barely ever talk to anyone, other than Lilah... but thats a long story. His eyes were a dazzling beautiful Hazel... i closed my note book in which i had been drawing in before i spoke. Gerard smiled and i saw the boy named Frank roll his eyes. "Whatcha drwaing?" Frank asked and sat down on my right. I opened my book and allowed him to see them. I drew a man in a blue white and red leather javket with red hair. Along with four others, differnt. I call them Killjoy's. I sighed and showed him my anime drawings. He smiled at me and said he was impressed.
"How do you know how to draw like that?!" he asked.
"I spend a lot of time alone, even the teachers dont know i exist... so ive had time to practice..." i muttered. "I noticed you, and so did Gee." he was afully friendly. the bell rang and i got up and ra to my house before they could say anything more. Once at home i ran to my room to hide from the beast down stairs. My father just loved to hit me, and often break bones. The next day at school, Frank and Gerard sat with me again, and same goes for the rest of the year. I smiled more often, talked more, and wasn't as shy around them after a while. I even taught Gerard how to draw anime. On the last day of school, Gerard and Frank walked me home since i had been being bullied by this gguy named brett. he had promised to kill me. My dad opened the door as we walked up the pathway laughing. When i saw him i flinched back.
"Whats wrong?" Frank asked me at the same time Gerard did.
I shook my head. "Nothing." They looked sucpicious but nodded. Then my dad had to go and start yelling.
"WHERE WERE YOU?!" he bellowed.
"At school!" i said.
"YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HOMA AN--- WHO ARE THESE TWO? WHAT YOU SUCH A POPULAR GIRL YOU GOT TWO BOFRIENDS?!"
"NO! dad these are my only f*****G friends!" and with that he walked out and lashed at me. Upon his hand making contact with my face, i fell to the ground, my books scattering around me. Gee and Frankeh's eyes widened in shock. Gee lashed out at my dad.
"YOU! WHY DID YOU HIT HER?!" then looked at me "Helena? is this why you got scared? does your dad abuse you?" i nodded and i saw flames in gerards eyes. He kicked my dad in the croch and punched him in the face. "FRANK GET HER OUT OF HERE." he said, then i heard him whisper "I wont let the girl i love get hurt again."
