It’s almost seventh period, which means it’s almost lunch time. After reading Gerard and Mikey’s schedule we all have lunch together. Really Mikey isn’t supposed to sit with us since he’s a sophomore but no one follows the rules here, just don’t annoy Robert than you are golden. Looking around the room everyone looks dead, throwing papers, sleeping, talking, texting, and whatever. Honestly, I could care less but I couldn’t help but look over at Gerard. I mean he’s really cool once you get to know him. All during second period we asked each other questions, kind of like twenty questions. The bell rings which brings me out of my faze, I get up and collect my shit.

“Finally! Food!” Gerard exclaims happily. I just giggle and then Mikey walks up next to us. Next thing I know I’m in a Way Brother sandwich.

“How goes it?” Mikey asks.

I point at Gerard,” Well I know he’s hungry. I on the other hand can’t wait to get out of this hell whole.” We all laugh at that. I walk over to the ‘loners’ table. I usually just ignore what people say I just read my comic books. The Way Bros sit there awkwardly.

“What’s wrong? Before you couldn’t wait to eat now you’re all shy…”

“Um… Right,” Gerard blushes,” Walk me over to the lunch line, since things here are different then my old school.”

“Yeah, sure.”

“Thanks Frank,” Gerard replies. Hearing him saying my name makes me blush. I walk over the lunch line then hand Gerard and Mikey their trays. Once they bought their lunches we walk back over to the table, Mikey though went to get ketchup really quick so it was just me and Gerard.

“So how do you like Wind Chester High so far?”

“I like it; I mean its school right? Who likes school? Not this guy.”

“I know what you mean.”

“What I miss?” Mikey asks as he’s about to sit down but Robert appears behind him and pulls the chair out from behind him so he falls.

“Hey newbies. Make a new friend already?” He asks as if he was talking to a baby, “That’s so sweet sitting with the loner. You know why he’s so alone right?” They shake their heads no, “That’s because he’s BI!” My face turns bright red and I sink down into my chair. I don’t know how he found out; no one knows about that, I guess the cat is out of the bag now.

“Leave us alone, no one did anything to you,” Gerard spoke up, big mistake.

“What did you say?” Robert’s hands turn into fists, “Speak up I can’t hear you!”

“N-n-nothing, I said nothing of the sort.”

“That’s what I thought,” Robert replies as he walks away. He walks towards me and spits in my face then keeps walking.

I wipe off my face then see Mikey sitting in his chair, elbows on the table, and his head in his hands. Gerard on the other hand is looking at me a little shocked.

“You’re Bi?” were the first words that came out of his mouth, “Yes,” I reply.

“I-I-I am too.” He says softly and blushes. After that, things went quite, we all ate in silence. The bell finally rang which meant its eighth period and the last class of the day. Gerard has English now, I do to but he’s in honors. I just stared at the clock the whole time. I don’t what it is but I couldn’t wait to see Gerard again. What is getting into me? Do I like him? I just met him!
