I got back in from visiting my dad and Jace and saw that everyone was home.

"You're back! Good the social worker is coming tomorrow and we need to change a study into a bedroom by tonight" Gerard said excitedly.

"Yeah okay, let me get changed" I sighed whilst trudging to Gerard's room.

"Hey hey" Gerard grabbed my arm. "Are you not excited to live here? You don't have to." He looked disappointed.

"Of course i do, you won't ever understand. I'm not going to be ecstatic about not being able to live with my mum or dad am i? Am i meant to be happy all the god damned time?"

"Helena.." He said guiltily

"Let me get changed and we'll go shopping okay?" I said cutting him off, not wanting to hear all the bullshit.

"Okay so we need a bed, paint, furniture, decorations, um lighting.." Gerard said listing everything

"whoa wait! You don't even know what i want MY room to look like." I said in an amused tone.

"Right so, where first?"

"Hmm? Dreams, the bed specialist" I said like the women does on the advert.

"Off to dreams we go. Hi ho hi ho, off to dreams we go" Gerard sang, changing the words.

I laughed "Gerard stop, its embarrassing! I've never seen you like this before?"

"Well Helly, you haven't seen me like this because this is my hidden identity"

"Superheroes again? Really gee?" I said, this guy really is obsessed.

"Hey! You called me Gee! Success!" I smiled

"Shut up loser, we're here!" I said walking into the shop like i own the place.

I walked over to the small doubles and saw one that looked like it belonged to a princess and i knew immediately that it was the one!

"That one! It has to be that one!" I said doing my puppy dog eyes to Gee.

"Okay, let me get a uniform person to sort it out"

I laughed and walked away, i didn't want to be bored by all the 'man' speak.

I went around the shop looking for matching furniture that went with the bed and my theme of 'French romance'.

Once i picked that i found Gerard and got him to buy that too.

"Right now paint and decor" i said heading over to Ikea.

I found this really cute Eiffel Tower canvas picture to go above my bed and put that in the trolley. I then found long teal drapes to go with my teal bedding.

"Gee, can i have natural floorboards instead of carpet?"

He smiled "of course, just paint now then. What color?"

I done my thinking pose. "One wall wallpapered with a teal pattern and the others a light grey kind of color.

He nodded and we went to B&Q to grab the stuff we need with help from a cute guy 'in uniform' as Gee would say.

When we got home we was up until twelve painting and wallpapering. My furniture and other things would arrive tomorrow. I must say so far it looked great!

Just before Gerard was about to walk out of his room to sleep on the couch i sleepily stopped him from his bed.

"Gee?"

"Yes Hel?"

"Thank you for letting me stay"

He smiled and nodded his head and i fell asleep in his bed for what would be the last night.

Okay so a lot has changed in 5 months. I've done my GCSE's and left school a little while ago. I'm starting college in a couple of months. NERVOUS. And i'm already having to look at universities because of the grades they want and the money i'll need.

So basically i have responsibilities and I HATE IT

I really miss year 11 already :(

Nevermind... moving on.
