Teenage Girl Runs Away To Find Gerard Way Houston's local newspaper read the next day.

Sixteen year old Skylar Masters runs away from home in hopes to find famous singer Gerard Way. She hopes he will accept her and care for her unlike so many at school and her parents. Skylar was bullied everyday at school and her parents didn't care about her. A friend of Skylar's told us one of the last things she said before she left was that this was her last option instead of suicide. Her friends are greatful that didn't happen, but sad to be missing a dear friend. Her imediate family, who Skylar's friends say didn't care about her, claim to be sad and want her home. Mr. and Mrs. Masters say they will do anything to have their daughter home. Her friends have hopes fans of Gerard's band, My Chemical Romance, will search for her and bring her home. Rain's P.O.V.

I tossed the newspaper to Keola, showing him the front page. "She got it in the newspaper already?" he asked in surprise.

"Yup! I got the hook-ups. It should be to MyChem members by Friday." I told him excitedly. He was about to speak when Trinity, Skye's enemy, walked up.

"So I hear the emo sh*t ran away? It's too bad she didn't kill herself. Everyone would be so much happier."

"Shut up Trinity." Keola growled. I just ignored her.

"Wait.." Keloa looked at me questioningly. "You remember the guy Daniel said he knew?"

Keola nodded. "Brian something. Why-"

Keola was cut off by a girl walking up to us, looking at the ground shyly. "Hi," she mumbled.

"Hi," Keola replied. "Not to be rude or anything, but can we help you?"

She looked up to us now and I noticed she had MCR pins on her jacket and messenger bag. "Uh. My name is Audrey. I'm a big fan of MCR and I heard about Skylar. I just wanted to say I'm sorry she ran away."

"Oh. Well thanks for your concern. If you hear anything could you let us know?"

"Of course," Audrey replied with a smile.

"Yes. Now that we've had our little bonding moment," Trinity spoke.

"Just leave them alone, Trinity," Audrey mumbled. "They never did anything to you." Trinity glared at her for a minuter before walking away.

Keola and I gaped at Audrey. "How did you do that?"

Audrey blushed. "Uh. I just. I don't know."

"Well, it was awesome," Keola added. "What about the Brian dude?" he asked me.

"His name sounds familiar," I said.

"How familiar? Like we know him familiar or he's famous familiar?"

"Like Skye mentioned him before, familiar."

"What are you talkig about?" Audrey added.

"Sorry, we don't mean to leave you out of the conversation," I apologised. "We talked to a guy at the local news station and he said he knew a guy in music in LA who might be able to help us reach Gerard."

"You said Brian. Do you remember his last name?"

"Sheckler or something like that."

"Brian Schechter?" she questioned.

"Yeah! That was it!"

"Brian Schechter is My Chem's tour manager."

"Really?" Keola asked. Audrey nodded. "That will make it so much easier." I grinned as the three of us departed for class after the bell.
