Biggest Mistake
When Gerard Way walked into a room everybody looked. He was the single most eligible fertile in his high school and possibly in the city. He was unclaimed in a school where Doms outnumbered fertile's three to one and it was dangerous to say the least. Finding your mate meant a lot of things for the vampire community including protection and it gave fertile's the chance to leave school early to become homemakers. Gerard was beautiful and knew how desirable he was however he was determined to stay in school until graduation so he would always be able to fend for himself after seeing what losing his Dom father done to his Fertile father. There were barely any fertiles left in high school most found their mates as soon as they possibly could. He didn't enjoy the attention that the Dom's gave him, infact he loathed it they were never afraid to get physical and he had the bite marks to prove it. There was no end to the number of Doms who would gladly force Gerard into mating despite not being his true mate. He had to rely on his younger Dom brother Mikey to protect him.
