Hurt Me More

Gerard's pov
"What were you thinking, Gerard?" Henry, my foster father said as he drove to the house.

"I was having a good time with the boys." I snorted, Henry glared at me through the mirror.

"When we get home we are gonna have a talk." He huffed.

"When pigs fly." I chuckled, Henry ignored my comment as we got home. When he pulled into the drive way I hopped out and walked into the house. Sarah looked up from the salad she was tossing when she heard me walk in. Walking up the stairs I was stopped by Henry who called my name.

"What do you want." I huffed, crossing my arms over my chest as I looking up at Henry expectantly.

"Don't disrespect me, young man." He said towering over me. It almost maybe me laugh because he was tying it act tough and scare me. He's a good foot and a half taller than me like most people but still. I'm not backing down because some old guy is pissed at me.

Yeah I'm 5'4" and I'm really underweight because I know I don't eat enough but just because I'm small doesn't mean I'll back down. I'll fight whoever I want when I want. A few scratches and bloody noses never hurt anyone.

"We have been doing everything that we can for you but you still disrespect us. You disrespect me and my wife and I will not tolerate it. If Mr.Radke wasn't so understanding then you would still be in jail. Do you understand?" Henry said sternly. I rolled my eyes and snorted.

"It's not like I asked you to come and pick me up or take care of me. I was doing just fine without you pricks in my fucking life." I huffed before stomping to my room and slamming the door making pictures fall off the walls in the hallway.

Groaning in frustration I laid in bed and pulled the blankets around me. Pulling out my phone so I could text Andy and Ronnie. We all laughed about what happened for the next hour until I fell asleep.

Henry's pov

What Mr.Radke suggested slightly intrigued me. This Frank Iero guy sounded like he could help Gerard with his issues. I had the guys number, I could just call him up right now.
"What's on your mind, honey?" Sarah asked softly as she sat next to me.

"Gerard actually and this Frank Iero guy." I said as she placed her hand on my shoulder.

"Do you think he could help Gerard?" She asked, looking at the stairs were Gerard
disappeared an hour ago.

"What other choice do we have?" I sighed, pinching the bridge of my nose.

"Gerard won't be happy at all. How about you call Frank and I'll finish up dinner?" She asked softly, I nodded and took the card out before dialing the number. It only took a few rings before someone picked up.

"Frank speaking." Frank greeted on the other end.

"Hello Frank, my name is Henry Walker. A family friend, Mr.Radke, gave me your card and told me to call you."

"I see, and what seems to be the problem?" Frank asked.

"My wife and I are fostering a boy named Gerard, he's seventeen and we can't control him. He's been getting into trouble constantly and he disrespects me and my wife."

"Ahh... Mr.Radke had mentioned a Gerard before. It seems that he was arrested the other day."

"Yes, we've tried everything and nothing is working. I was wonder if you could help us with him?" I asked when there was a pause on the other line.

"You're just in luck, I have a slot open for the next three months. You can bring him tonight or tomorrow morning and I'll have everything set up for you." Frank said. I sighed in relief and smiled up at Sarah as she set a bowl of pasta at the table.

"Tomorrow morning would be greet, can I drop him off around noon?" I said, Frank agreed, giving me his address before saying his goodbyes and handing up.

"It's all set up, Dear." I said, Sarah nodding. "He'll get the care that he needs." She assured.

"I hope so..." I sighed before we started to eat.

We gave up on trying to force Gerard to eat so we let him be. If he was hungry he would get food when he wanted.

Gerard's pov

I woke up to Henry shaking me awake making me groan loudly. Looking over at the clock it read eight in the morning. It's too fucking early.

"What do you want." I grunted as he pulled my curtains open, blinking me with the bright light.

"Time to get up, we are going somewhere so pack." Henry said before leaving.

"Fucking hell." I yawned and contemplated if I should go back to bed or do as he said. I sighed and got up, taking a shower before getting ready for the day and grabbing my bags. Packing all of my cloths, my sketch books, phone, charger, pens and pencils, and my headphones.

Haling my bag down the stairs I was greeted by Sarah who gave me a smile that I didn't return. Henry was drinking his morning coffee at the table as he read the paper like an old man. Getting a mug of coffee I sat across from him as I took a few sips.

"So why did you wake me up?" I asked curiously.

"You're going to stay with someone for a few months." Henry said.

"Finally got sick of me." I chuckled, Henry and Sarah frowning at me.

"No, we just think that you would be better off there." Henry said slowly, I only shook my head.

"Sure." I said, Sarah gave me a sad look before walking away.

"Well, lets go." Henry said after a few minutes of silence.

I got up and got my shoes on and carried my bag to the car. Getting in before slamming the door making Henry jump. He got in and started driving out of town.

I put my headphones in and blasted some Queen as I stared out the window. Feeling a little annoyed that I had to get up early so I closed my eyes and let the darkness take me.
