Love on the murder scene

I woke up to the small scratchy sound of sweet pea barking her heart out,I rolled oven and put my arm around Gerard thinking she'd stop after a few seconds but she didn't. I sat up and kissed Gerard on the cheek feeling a smile grow on his lips as I pulled back, I made my way outside and looked at her confused. "What are you barking at baby girl?" I asked kneeling down next to her trying to see what she's seeing, I couldn't see anything so I picked her up and brought her back inside. I put her down and started up the coffee pot I heard Gerard walking into the kitchen, and before I could turn around two skinny arms wrapped around me. "Good morning baby cakes" Gerard said and he kissed me." Morning geebear" I said before falling into the kiss I broke the kiss because I heard a rather loud knock at the door "hold on Gee I'll get it " I said walking toward the door. I opened the door only to be greeted my mother and father "oh hey mom and dad." I said looking strangely at them, remembering that they both passed way a year ago made my eyes go wide...
