Frank's POV

"Mike's I seriously recommend you coming to the hospital." Max said and I felt his eyes on me as I just sat on the floor and looked at my hands which was cover in Gerard's blood.
"Mike's I don't think it's wise to talk to Frank right now." Max said.
"Mikey I don't fucking know what happened! All I know is that Gee was beaten up that bad that its touch and go if he's going to make it through the night. So stop asking me what happened when I don't have a clue what has happened. Also if you are coming to the hospital you are not to hound Frank for answers. The poor bastard has enough going through his mind without you being a cunt." Max said bluntly and he hung up and walked over to me.
"Want to come out for a cigarette with me?" Max asked and I nodded but I didn't get up and Max sat down next to me and pulled me to his side.
"We need to wash the blood off your hands." Max said and I looked at my hands blankly but didn't do anything and Max sighed and rested his head on top of mine.
"I wish I could say he is going to be okay Frank, but I just don't know if Gee is going to be strong enough this time round." Max said and I moved and stood up and walked towards the toilets where I washed my hands and looked at myself in the mirror which resulted in me punching it hard and breaking the mirror.

"Frank?" I heard someone say as they walked into the toilets.
"Hey, hurting yourself isn't going to make this any better okay." The person said and I looked at them and saw Sebastian.
"I..I let him down." I whispered.
"No you haven't Frank. Seeing Gee with you is the happiest I have ever seen Gee. You made Gee truely happy so in my eyes you haven't let him down." Sebastian said softly.
"I couldn't protect him like I promised." I said and stood up and Sebastian did the same.
"Frank you did everything you could to make sure nothing happened to Gee." Sebastian said and I looked at him and Sebastian put his hands up in the air.
"I know I'm not actually helping but it's worth a try and I got you to speak which you haven't done for 3 hours. So I think my work is done." Sebastian said and I looked at my hands which had glass in it.
"Don't go mute on me now Frank." Sebastian said and I looked at him.
"You need to go and get your hand looks at me." Sebastian said and I shook my head.
"It's fine." I said and Sebastian rolled his eyes at me.
"You have glass in your hand and it's bleeding, your hand is not okay my friend." Sebastian said.
I just turned round and walked out the bathroom and headed outside.
Max must of followed me outside and he gave me a cigarette.

"What the hell did you do to my brother!" I heard someone say loudly and me and Max turned round and saw Mikey walking towards us with this other boy who was walking a couple of steps behind Mikey.
"Mike's calm down for fuck sake." Max said and Mikey looked at him hard.
"Why wasn't he there for Gerard! He said to me that he was going to look after Gerard and make sure nothing happens to him! Well you fucking failed Frank because Gerard is in hospital and he might not even make it! I hope for your sake nothing fucking happens to Gerard." Mikey said loudly.
"Mikey don't fucking push Frank." Max said and he could tell I just was just about keeping to together but if Mikey said anymore I would flip.
"Why? He's the fucking reason why Gerard is in here. Why weren't you keeping an eye on him! How did my brother end up on his fucking death bed Frank!" Mikey shouted and he punched me hard round the face and before Max could get hold of me I had Mikey pinned up against the wall by his throat.
"You have no idea how much fucking guilt is going through me right now! I..I..I promised Gerard I would protect him but I failed! I failed him so badly that he might never wake up again and you don't have to live with that guilt for the rest of your life if something happens to him!" I shouted and I felt the tears I've been holding back fall down my cheeks.
"Frank let him go." Max said softly as he put a hand on my shoulder.
"I fucking love your brother and it's fucking killing me knowing that he might never wake up again." I said and let Mikey go and shrugged Max off me and I walked off away from everyone.

I was sat where I took Gerard the first time he was allowed out and we went on our proper date.
"So this is where you hide." Someone said as they sat next to me.
I sniffed loudly and looked down and picked at the grass.
"It's pretty here, how did you find it?" They said and I shrugged my shoulders not wanting to speak.
"I'm sorry for how I acted back at the hospital, Gee is all what I have left from a family. He's done so much to make sure I don't end up like him." The person said and I looked and saw it was Mikey.
"Gerard is my family. He's my world, my everything." I whispered and looked back down as I felt a new lot of tears well in my eyes.
I felt Mikey look at my hand.
"You need to get your hand looked at." He said softly.
"It doesn't hurt." I said quietly.
"Frank, you need to get that looked at, you have glass inside the cuts and you need to get it sorted before it gets infected." Mikey said and I shook my head refusing to move.
"He's not going to move for me and I can't pick him up since he's solid compared to me." Mikey said to someone and I felt myself being picked up.
"That's because your a runt and needs to get more fat on you." The person who was carrying me said.
"Where we even going?" The person carrying me asked.
"The hospital, Frank need to have his hand looked at and I need to make sure Gee is going to be okay." Mikey said and he sighed.
"Want me to stay with you?" The person asked.
"Yeah please. I need someone to keep an eye on Frank for me." Mikey said and I felt myself being put down and someone standing in front of me.
"Frank we are going to the hospital to get your hand looked at. Is there anyone who we need to let know where you are?" This strange new voice said and I felt panicked and I went to walk off when I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Hey, it's okay Frank. Want me to go to the ambulance with you." The voice of the person carrying me said and I nodded.
"Look he's spaced out right now, I think I should go with him. I know Frank pretty well and hopefully I can answer the questions you need answering." The person said.
"Okay, you want to try and get him in then." The strange voice said.
"Frank it's me Austin, I need you to get in the ambulance for me so we can go to the hospital and have your hand looked at and see how Gee is doing." Austin said and I looked at him.
"No, I need to stay away, he wouldn't want to see me. I'm the reason why he's in there." I said and backed away but Austin caught hold of my good hand.
"Frank please. I need you to go to hospital for me, I know you feel like it's your fault but it's not okay. What has happened to Gee isn't your fault." Austin said and I looked at him.
"For me, please go to the hospital." Austin said and I looked down.
"If you don't go for me then go for Gerard." Austin said and I looked at him.
"Please Frank, you know I don beg and right now I am begging you to go to hospital." Austin said and I looked down and sighed.
"I'll go." I whispered and that was all Austin wanted to hear as i was being picked up and was put in the back of the ambulance.
"I'm tired." I said quietly and Austin looked at me.
"I just need to ask you something okay Frank and then you can fall asleep." Austin said and he ran his hands through my hair.
"Have you overdosed on anything? You won't be in trouble if you have okay but I need to know so I can tell the paramedics." Austin said softly.
"I don't remember." I muttered.
"Frank, stay away for a few more minutes okay. Do you remember anything after leaving the hospital?" Austin said and I shook my head.
"Want to sleep now." I muttered closing my eyes.
"Okay, have a nap and I'll be with you when you wake up." Austin said and I nodded and fell asleep.
