Never been better

Frank's POV

"Finally get to find out what baby is today." I said happily as I moved to Gerard's since and traced my finger over the slowly growing bump.
Gerard chuckled a little and I looked at him.
"She can feel you and it also tickles when you do that." Gerard said and I raised a eyebrow.
"What makes you think it is a she?" I asked.
"I have this feeling, anyway I would like it to be a girl. But being healthy is better than anything." Gerard said and rolled onto his side and he began to trace patterns on his stomach.
"We're going to need a bigger place before this one comes." I said and Gerard sighed and looked down.
"We haven't got the money Frank. Christ we both work in a coffee shop for god sake how can we afford to get a bigger place." Gerard said.
"I have an idea." I said and Gerard looked at me.
"My mum and dad have money. We put our notice in saying we're moving out and we move in with my folks until we find somewhere bigger." I said and Gerard moved and sat up and got out of bed still being completely naked after earlier when he came back from taking Seth to school.
"Really Frank? You rock up to your parents and go hey mum and dad this is my pregnant boyfriend and his kid from another relationship. Yeah I don't see that happening." Gerard said sarcastically and I rolled my eyes and also got out of bed.
"Gee, my parents knows I'm with you and you have a kid and your also carrying our baby. They don't care and they really want to meet you and Seth and see bump." I said and put my hands on Gerard's stomach.
Gerard looked at me.
"I don't know." Gerard whispered.
"Think about it okay. But we need to get in the shower and go and see our baby." I said and Gerard smiled and I reached up slightly and kissed him which Gerard returned.
"Let's go." I said and gently slapped his ass which made Gerard giggle quietly.

We was sat in the waiting room and Gerard looked really uncomfortable about being here.
"I'm sorry about earlier. It's just the hormones." Gerard said quietly and I chuckled and got hold of his hand and squeezed it.
"It's fine, I blame the baby anyway." I said and Gerard smiled.
"Mr Way?" A nurse said and me and Gerard got up and followed the nurse.
Gerard was lead on the table with his shirt up and his stomach exposed.
"Even though I'm dressed I feel so exposed for some reason." Gerard said and I chuckled.
"More like our child is exposed." I said and Gerard smiled.

"Hello Gerard, sorry I'm late got caught up talking you know what I'm like." A nurse said and Gerard chuckled.
"I might be able to forgive you." Gerard said and I felt really jealous that he was flirting with her.
"Who's this Gerard?" The nurse asked and Gerard looked at me with a smile and linked my hand in his.
"This is my boyfriend Frank, he's also baby other dad." Gerard said and the nurse smiled.
"Nice to meet you Frank. It must be nice to have someone to support you through this pregnancy compared to your last one. And can I just say you are looking a lot happier and healthier." The nurse said.
"You can thank Frank for that." Gerard said with a smile.
"Okay shell we see how baby is and what sex baby is?" The nurse asked and Gerard looked at me and I couldn't help but smile.
"I know I'm ready." I said and Gerard smiled and looked at the nurse.
"Okay, this is going to be cold." The nurse said and put some gel on Gerard's stomach and got this thing and started to move it around Gerard's stomach.
"And here is baby's heartbeat." The nurse said and soon the baby's heartbeat sounded the room and a huge smile found its way to my face and I looked at Gerard and he was smiling.
"Here is baby, their looking healthy and they have a really good heartbeat." The nurse said and I squeezed Gerard's hand who looked at me and smiled.
"I'm guessing you would like to know what baby is?" The nurse asked.
"You want to know or keep it a surprise?" The nurse asked.
"I'm not waiting any longer to know what the baby is." I said and Gerard chuckled.
"We would like to know." Gerard said and looked back at the screen.
"Congratulations you two it looks like your going to be having a little girl." The nurse said and to be disappointed that it wasn't a boy was a understatement but I was happy at the fact the baby was going to be a girl even though it wasn't what I wanted.
"You want pictures?" The nurse asked and Gerard nodded.
"I'll leave you to get cleaned up and I'll get these pictures for you." The nurse said and handed Gerard some wiped and I helped him to sit up and wipe his stomach off.
"Your not happy? Why aren't you happy?" Gerard asked.
"I am happy Gee, I just wanted a boy but I'll take anything and as long as it healthy." I said and Gerard smiled and he got off the bed and I pulled him into a hug.
"Seth can be your little boy. He loves you to bits and I think he sees you as another dad." Gerard said and I couldn't help but smile.
"Now to argue over baby names." Gerard said and I chuckled and kissed him.
We got the pictures and we went home before we picked Seth up.

"Mum, can I ask a favor?" I asked since I was talking to mum while Gerard was sorting Seth out for bedtime.
"Sure sweetie, how's you and that boyfriend of yours?" Mum said changing the subject as she loves to talk about the baby and Gerard, haven't gotten round to telling her about Seth but hopefully if she agrees to let me and Gee stay at hers for a while she can meet Seth.
"Right Gerard has a son from a previous relationship, and with the baby in its way we won't have any room in Gerard's place. Is it okay if we stay with you and dad until we get the money for a bigger place. Also Gee is an artist he can paint your wall you wanted doing." I said and I felt someone slap my ass and I turned round and saw Seth.
"Seth get here now. Also I'm not painting your mothers wall." Gerard said quietly as he walked over and picked Seth up.
"Baby please." I pouted forgetting about mum on the other end of the phone.
"Franklin I'm still here." Mum said and I stopped kissing Gerard and went back to talking to mum.
"Sorry mum." I said quietly.
"You and Gerard can stay even with the little boy." Mum said and I smiled.
"Thanks mum." I said happily.
"Okay, now what about my grand baby?" Mum asked.
"She's fine mum. Healthy and causing Gerard major heart burn." I said and mum chuckled.
"Your going to have a little girl?" Mum asked.
"Yeah, I wanted a boy but Gee said that his little boy can also been mine if I wanted him to be." I said and I could hear mum smile.
"Frankie put me to bed." I heard Seth say and I looked down and saw him hugging my leg.
"Mum I have to go. I'll bring Gerard and Seth round tomorrow if that's okay with you." I said and bent down and picked Seth up and balanced him in my hip.
"Yeah that'll be fine, I would love to see your little family." Mum said and I smiled.
"Anyway, I need to go and put Seth to bed. I'll see you tomorrow and I love you lots." I said.
"Love you too sweetie. Can't wait for tomorrow." Mum said and I smiled and hung up.
"Come on you let's put you to bed." I said and put Seth to bed and walked back out to the sitting room and sat next to Gerard who cuddled into my side.
"Fancy seeing my mum tomorrow?" I asked and Gerard actually agreeded which I was surprised about.
"Yeah, I would like to meet her." Gerard said quietly as he was falling asleep.
"Put your head on my lap." I said quietly and Gerard put his head on my lap and I started to mess with his hair and that sent Gerard off to sleep.
I watched shifty films for most of the night until I fell asleep as well.
