Never been better

Gerard’s POV

It was the weekend which meant the kids was home and I was in charge of them while Frank stayed in bed to catch up with sleep since he has been working really hard the last couple of weeks.
“Rella take the blanket of your head otherwise you’ll run into the wall.” I said as I made Phoenix bottle up and I think Seth was taking my space in bed with Frank.
“I fine daddy.” Rella said as she spun round.
“Then don’t come crying to me when you hit your head on the wall.” I said to myself as I turned round and picked Phoenix up and he smiled widely at me when he saw the bottle and I walked to the sitting room and sat on the sofa and put the tv on some children program in hope Rella would actually watch the tv but she was too busy with the blanket.
“Rella come round here so I can see you.” I said seriously as I tried to look over the sofa with no luck.
“No.” Rella laughed and I sighed loudly as it was only 7 in the morning as she was already pushing her luck.
“Rella Rowe get that little ass of yours round here now.” I said and before Rella could respond there was a loud bump and Rella started to scream the place down.
“Hold up Nix, got to sort that sister of yours out.” I said as I sat Phoenix up against the back of the sofa and gave him is bottle in hope he would feed himself but it would probably end up on all over the sofa.
I walked over and picked up Rella who cried into my shoulder.
“Now I did say that would happen but you didn’t listen to me.” I said as I rubbed her back and walked back round to the sofa so I could keep an eye on Phoenix.
“Let me have a look at your head.” I said softly and Rella sniffed and looked at me.
There was a bump on her head and I kissed above the bump as Rella hid her face in the crook of my neck.
“You’re got to be more careful silly.” I said as I comforted her.
I sighed loudly and sat back down on the sofa.
“Okay there buddy, here let me help you.” I said as I moved Rella on the other side of me and helped Phoenix with his bottle.
“You okay baby?” I asked as I looked at Rella and she whimpered as she looked at me.
“At least the bump is coming out.” I said softly and I heard someone walk into the sitting room and saw Seth.
“Morning little man.” I said and Seth smiled and picked the blanket up and walked over to me and climbed onto my lap and he cuddled into my side as Rella cuddled into my chest.
“Where’s Papa?” I asked Seth.
“Still asleep.” Seth said quietly and I nodded and kissed the top off his head and I messed with Rella hair and was feeding Phoenix with my other hand.
I smiled as I watched some shit on tv.

I was cooking breakfast while keep a really close eye on Rella after this morning.
Frank managed to drag himself out of bed and he walked out to the kitchen and made us both a drink.
“Morning.” Frank yawned as he walked over and kissed my cheek.
“Hey.” I said as I put the kids food on their plates.
“You okay?” Frank asked sounding a bit concerned.
“I’m pregnant and Rella decided to put the blanket over her head and crashed into the wall and now she has a nice bump on her forehead and I was in the middle of feeding Nix.” I said and looked at Frank.
“I’m surprised you didn’t hear her scream because she literally screamed the place down.” I said and Frank chuckled.
“I was fucked last night, I came home last night and all of you was flat out asleep.” Frank said and I chuckled.
“Remember not to swear round the kids, Rella is picking up everything.”I said and pecked Frank on the lips which made him smile.
“Bloody kids.” Frank muttered as he made the drinks which made me chuckle.
“But you love them really.” I said as I went to go and give the kids their breakfast.
“You want something to eat babe?” Frank asked and as if on cue my stomach rumbled loudly which made Phoenix look at me.
“Yeah, better make me and baby something good.” I said as frank gave me my drink.
“Cheers baby.” I said as I looked at Frank who kissed me which I returned.
Frank turned round and I slapped Frank’s ass which made him grunt as he looked at me and I just smirked at him which made Frank Roll his eyes at me.
“Keep your hands to yourself.” Frank said and I smiled innocently at him.
I looked at the kids and Seth was munching through his breakfast and was drinking his milkshake Frank had made him.
“Don’t fill up on drink, it doesn’t do you any good.” I said and Seth nodded as he put his drink down and finished eating his breakfast and Rella was just babbling to herself But was still really quiet which was worrying me and Phoenix was cooing to his breakfast which made me chuckle and I drank my drink What Frank had made me and waited for Frank to bring me food.

“Babe I’m worried about Rella, she’s never this quiet and she never sits still for more than 5 minutes.” I said to Frank as I sorted the washing out.
“Did you want to take her to the hospital just Incase?” Frank asked.
“I do, but we have Seth and Nix to worry about. None of them will wait long enough in the waiting room.” I said.
“Baby If we got to take them then we have to take them.” Frank said and I walked off and I went over to Rella.
“Come on Baby, Let’s go and get your head looked at.” I said as I picked her up and kissed the side of her head being careful of the bump on her head.
“Want me to come with you?” Frank asked and I shook my head.
“No, look after the boys for me. I’m hoping I won’t be too long at the hospital.” I said and Frank nodded.
“I’ll even get everyone a takeaway so you don’t have to cook.” I said and Frank smiled and walked over to me and Rella and he gently rubbed the back of her head which made her whimper slightly.
“It’s okay baby.” I whispered and kissed the side of her head.
“Can you give her some medicine while I go and get dressed.” I said and Frank nodded and he opened his arms out.
“Go to papa and have some medicine for your head while daddy gets changed.” I said quietly and Rella nodded as I handed her over to Frank and I went to get dressed quickly and went back out to the sitting room and put my coat on.
“Where you going daddy?” Seth asked as he lent against the wall and watched me.
“I need to take Rella to hospital.” I said as I knelt down in front of Seth as he frowned at me confused on what was going on.
“Is she going to die?” Seth asked.
“No, she’s not going to die but she did bang her head really hard though so I need to take her to the hospital to get her head looked at.” I said and Seth nodded.
“So you going to be the man of the house and looked after papa and Nix for me?” I asked and Seth smiled and nodded.
“Yeah, can I make papa watch films with me this afternoon?” Seth asked and I chuckled and stood up.
“You could always drag papa to the park so you and Nix can have some fresh air and be really hungry for when I come back with pizza.” I said and Seth smiled widely.
“Right be a good boy for papa and be the big brother I know you are to Nix.” I said and Seth hugged my legs which made me smile and I ruffled his hair.
“Love you buddy.” I said and Seth kissed my knee which made me chuckle and I felt a hand on my back and I turned round and saw Frank.
“She’s had some medicine.” Frank said and handed Rella over to me.
“I have my phone on me if you need me, but Nix should be kipping in about half an hour so it’s just you and little man here.” I said and Frank smiled and he kissed me which I returned.
“I’ll keep you updated.” I said quietly and kissed Frank again and we went to the hospital.

5 hours later and a very grumpy toddler later I was home with pizza like I promised Frank and Seth.
“Hey babe.” I said as I balanced Rella on my hip and carried the pizza the best I could and just hoped I didn’t drop the pizza or Rella.
“Hey guys.” Frank said as he walked over and took the pizza off me.
“So What was the outcome?” Frank asked with a mouthful of food as I put Rella down and she walked over to the sitting room and climbed onto the sofa.
“Give her calpol and keep a close eye on her for 48 hours and if anything changes then we take her back to hospital.” I said quietly as I helped myself to pizza as I sorted the kids dinner out.
“I’m fucking starving, haven’t eaten since breakfast.” I said with a mouthful of food which made Frank chuckle.
“You should of eaten.” Frank said and I gave him Seth’s plate and I went to make something for Phoenix.
“Don’t worry about Nix, he is fed and bathed and he is in bed so we only have these two to worry about.” Frank said and I looked at Frank with a face full of food.
“You are literally the best.” I said and took the kids pizza and went to the sitting where Seth and Rella was both sat in the chair.
“I’m going to put this on the towel because the bottom might still be hot, but you two can share this while we watch a film.” I said and they both nodded and started to eat their pizza and I stood up and turned round and nearly crashed into Frank.
“Easy baby.” Frank said and I smiled at him as we headed to the other sofa and we sat down and I cuddled into Frank’s side as we rested the pizza box on both our laps.
I pretty much stuffed my face with most of the pizza since I been having really bad pizza cravings the last couple of days.
“Hungry babe?” Frank chuckled.
“I’m pregnant leave me alone.” I said But was muffled by the pizza in my mouth which made Frank chuckle.
We all sat in a comfortable silence eating our pizza and watching a film.

“Baby wake up.” I heard Frank say and I opened my eyes and saw the title credits on the tv screen and I looked over to the chair and I didn’t see Seth or Rella.
“Where the kids?” I said sleepily as I sat up and regretting it straight away as I had a huge head rush.
“Slow down Babe.” Frank said softly.
“I’ve put them to bed, now it’s your turn to be put to bed.” Frank said and I groaned and flopped back on the sofa.
“I’ll sleep here for the night, just get me a blanket.” I said sleepily as I felt myself fall asleep.
“Can’t be having that baby, come on your knackered and you need to rest in a proper bed and not the sofa.” Frank said and I groaned loudly and I felt myself being picked up.
“Won’t be doing this soon babe.” Frank said as he carried me to our room and he put me down on my side of the bed.
“Lift your hips babe, just so I can take your jeans off and you can sleep in your top if you want.” Frank said and I nodded and lifted my hips up and Frank pulled my jeans down and he took my socks and jeans off.
“Night baby, I love you.” I heard Frank say as I felt him climb into bed and him cuddling into my back and his hand resting on my bump which made me smile and I just fell asleep.
