Never been better

Frank's POV

"You seriously want to argue about this while I have a knife in my hand?" Gerard asked and looked at me since we was having a disagreement about something I have no clue what it was about.
"I'm not exactly arguing, just stating a point and your the one picking the fight with a bloody knife in your hand." I said and Gerard looked at me.
"Don't look at me like that, I'm not Seth." I said and Gerard went back to what he was doing.
"Babe, I know you don't want to be here but right now it's the best place we can be until another place come up and we can move out." I said and Gerard sighed and looked down while putting his hand on his now much more noticeable bump.
"I don't want to be here before she comes. I want to be in our own place where we haven't got people sticking their noses in what we do. I know you don't want that because your new to this whole parent thing but I know what I'm doing. I had to work everything out on my own and Seth isn't that bad of a child." Gerard said and looked at me.
"Gee you need to think okay, you are nearly 6 months pregnant and before we know it little miss is going to be here. I know you don't want to be here when she comes but you need to start thinking about brooding or whatever you pregnant people do. We've literally just moved and I'm not going to put you or Seth through the stress of moving again in such a short space of time. Anyway, you have me, dad and Ma running round after you." I said and hugged him from behind and kissed his shoulder.
"I've quit college." Gerard sighed and I let him go and spun him round and made him look at me.
"Baby why? You so good and you've been working really hard as well." I said completely shocked.
"She's due right in the middle of exams, not exactly a good time to go into labor. Im going to be busy with the baby, Seth and house hunting and somewhere in between all that fucking you." Gerard said and I smirked at him and kissed him.
"But it would be me fucking you since we both know you love bottom to much." I said and Gerard was going to say something but we heard someone clear their throats and we both looked and saw Ma.
"Well shit we've been busted." Gerard said quietly and turned round and got the sandwiches ready and put them in a lunch box and into a bag.
"Seth come on time for school!" Gerard said loudly as he walked out the kitchen and Ma walked in.

"You weren't meant to hear that." I said quietly and made myself a coffee.
"Oh I've heard you two have sex already." Ma said and I just wanted the ground to swallow me up.
"Ma.." I started but she chuckled.
"Frankie, Gerard is pregnant and wants sex. I'm not going to say anything because I know I was the same when I was expecting you and Erica." Ma said.
I was going to say something but Seth came running out to the kitchen.
"Say goodbye to Frank and Linda, Seth." Gerard said as he walked out to the kitchen.
Seth shyly waved to Ma but he hugged me leg and kissed my leg and went running over to Gerard who helped Seth put his bag on and he walked over to me.
"I'll see you later." Gerard said and kissed me and walked off.
"What have two got planned today then?" Ma asked.
"We're sort of having a date day but at the same time we're starting to do baby shopping." I said and Ma smiled and pulled me into a hug which confused me.
"You're going to be a good dad Frank, I've seen the way you are round Seth and the little boy loves you to bits. I can also see how much that Gerard loves you as well." Ma said and I smiled.
"Thanks Ma. I need to go and get dressed as I said I'll meet Gerard in town." I said and walked off and got changed and met up with Gerard.


"We're going to have to start thinking about names for her. She can't be a she all her life." Gerard said as we waited for our food to come since Gerard was craving ham eggs and chips.
"I was thinking about something Italian but she's your baby as well." I said and Gerard smiled.
"I was liking Hattie, but I don't know anymore." Gerard said.
"So you deal with English names while I'm dealing with Italian names?" I asked and Gerard chuckled.
"If you want it to be like that I really don't care as long as this baby has a name when it's born." Gerard said and I smiled.
"Rella." I said and Hersed looked at me confused.
"What about calling the baby Rella. It doesn't sound that bad and it mean flower in Italian." I said and Gerard smiled and thought about it.
" I actually really like that name." Gerard said and I couldn't help but smile.
"So that's first name done. What about a middle name if she's having one and who's surname she having." I said and Gerard thought.
"No clue about the middle name. But I was thinking about putting our surnames together so she'll be a Iero-Way." Gerard said and I smiled.
"I really like that idea Gee. But what about Seth?" I asked because I didn't want him to be left out of all this since I did think of him as my son.
"That's what I want to talk to you about, but I don't want to do it here." Gerard said and I looked at him.
Our food came and we ate our food did a bit more shopping to the baby and we both went to pick Seth up from his child minders since he finished preschool early and we went home and chilled before I put Seth to bed.

I walked into mine and Gee's room where Gee was in just his pants poking the bump and smiled so I guess he was getting a response from the baby.
"So what did you want to tell me in the cafe but you didn't want to say." I said and Gerard jumped and looked at me.
"Fuck Frank you trying to put my into early labor and give me a heart attack at the same time?" Gerard said and I couldn't help but chuckle as I stopped from my clothes and climbed on the bed and started to trace patterns on Gerard's bump.
"Okay, I've been doing some research on adoption what all that crap." Gerard said and I looked at him and rested my hand on the bump and the baby kicked my hand.
"What you trying to say?" I asked.
"You was saying how Seth is like a son to you. I thought we could be a family. Do you want to adopt Seth? You can say no if you want to don't feel pressured into it." Gerard started to rambled but I kissed him hard.
"The answer is yes. Yes I want to adopt him because I want us to be a proper family." I said and Gerard smiled and he moved and looked through his draws and he pulled out some paperwork.
"Gee what is that?" I asked.
"I went to some place and talked to some people about this and all you have to do is sign this bit of paper and another bit of paper." Gerard said I now I was really confused.
"Just open it." Gerard said and sat back down on the bed and he ran over the bump as I looked at the papers Gerard gave me.
"Gee are these what I think they are?" I asked and looked st him and he nodded.
"Yes." Gerard said with a smile and I looked at the papers and moved and kissed Gerard hard and we soon started making out.

"You have literally made me the happiest man alive right now." I said sleepily as I traced my fingers over the bump like I normally after we had sex.
Gerard hummed in response but he was already in the edge of sleep.
"Roll on your side Gee." I said and Gerard moved to his side and waited for me to be the big spoon.
"I love you Gee." I whispered and Gerard sighed loudly.
"Love you too." Gerard mumbled and he was fast asleep.
I wasn't that far behind him on the sleep side of things.
