Gerard and Mikey Way's parents had invented something that transports you in other dimensions and ideas, without them knowing. As soon as they passed, he found it in their basement. Curious, they both accidentally activated it as they got transported in to another dimension with nothing but two weapons-- magic, and a waking gun you can't use for yourself.
