Gerard A. Way is a successful artist having his own publishing party and best-selling comic series. He has worked out his life not worrying about thing as mundane as money for years.
Frank, on the other hand, is a 19-year-old college drop out living on the streets of manhattan, struggling to make it to the end of the day.

This happens to be the story of when Gerard looks down, and find what would solidify his place in the world.
And when Frank looks up to see more that just a pitiful face.
