Safe me from myself.

Frank's POV

I woke up feeling really hot and I went to move but couldn't as there was a arm round my waist.
The first thing I did was begin to panic but then I looked down and saw the arm was really pale like Gerard's arm and I rolled over as quietly as I could to see if it was Gerard and I smiled when I saw it was Gerard, which made me calm down quickly as I knew I was safe.
"You okay babe?" Gerard said sleepily and opened his eyes.
"Yeah." I said and Gerard smiled and kissed the end of my nose which always made me smile.
" Cuddle back down and go back to sleep, we don't have to be up for a while." Gerard muttered falling back asleep which made me chuckle quietly.
I moved closer to Gerard and pretty much hid my face in his chest and the smell of Gerard and his heart beat lulled me back to sleep again.

"Babe wake up, dinner is ready." Gerard said as he messed with my hair.
"Happy sleeping right now." I muttered and moved closer to him which made him chuckle.
"Yeah but dinner is ready, decent food instead of hospital food which you hated." Gerard said and I slowly opened my eyes and a pair of hazel eyes greeted me which made me smile.
"Please say its something good." I said as I sat up and Gerard followed my lead which a chuckle.
"It is, Riley, Nate and dad have been busy with dinner." Gerard said.
"They didn't have to. I would of been happy with a take away." I said and Gerard smiled.
"And dad has some news for you as well." Gerard said.
"Is it bad news?" I asked and looked down.
"I don't know as dad didn't tell me, but we'll find out if we go downstairs." Gerard sad and I sighed and rolled myself out bed and pulled on of Gerard's hoodies on to hide the scars on my arms.
"You don't have to hide them. They understand." Gerard said as he wrapped his arms round me from behind.
" I don't feel brave enough to show them yet." I said quietly and looked down and played with the sleeves.
"Well when you are ready they won't judge you." Gerard said and kissed my cheek which made me smile and Gerard caught hold of my hand and we went downstairs.

After we had dinner we all stay round the table where Simon, Nate and Riley had a glass of wine and me and Gerard had squash since we couldn't drink because of our medication.
"So Frank I have some news for you." Simon said and I looked down.
"Your gonna send me away aren't you?" I said sadly.
Gerard caught hold of my hand under the table and gave it a squeeze for comfort.
"No Frank, I'm not going to send you away." Simon said and I looked up at him confused on what he was on about.
"Would you like to be part of this family?" Simon asked and I nodded.
"Yes. You guys are my family in my eyes, I have never felt safe before coming here." I said and Simon smiled.
"Well, your now part of this family. I've signed papers to say that I'm your legal guardian now." Simon said with a smile and I looked at him still confused and shocked about this.
"This a joke?" I asked.
"No, I have been in a lot of meetings with you social worker and loads of people telling them how you are settled here, you said so yourself you feel safe here, you have Gerard and this family for support and I have seen some much change in you. So Frank welcome to the family." Simon said and this time it sunk in and I smiled the biggest smile I have ever smiled.
"I don't know what to say." I said.
Simon just smiled and he got up and walked off and so did everyone else
