Summary
Mikaela Valentine is addicted to alcohol, cigarettes, and self sabotage. Hopelessly hopeful that her abusive fiance Bert McCracken will start acting like the loving man she's always wanted, she self medicates and tries to put on a good show in the meantime. Her best friend Sami has sworn to never trust a man again and in doing so, lives guarded and sarcastic. When The Used visits their friends in My Chemical Romance in NYC, they bring the two with them, and an entire mess of events ensues.
This is the only warning I will give- this story will contain abusive an abusive relationship, and mentions of drugs and alcohol.
