A Life of Crime
Summary
Naomi has drug addicts for parents at home she gets abused, and out in the world she's ignored. One night she gets beat up by some guys her parents owe money to, and a group of thieves see this. In order to get her out of the way, they send Frank to take her somewhere else. Realizing how hurt she is, he takes her to the hospital. After learning about her situation, he tells his partners in crime about her and they decide to let her into the group, but Frank has to do the recruiting. After a while he develops feelings for her, but worries about their contradicting ideologies.
Characters
Frank
19. He's kind of new to the group, he was recruited by Ray after his parents died. He's serious about the jobs they do and enjoys his life, despite how messed up it is.
Mikey
24. The leader of the group, he is welcoming, but kind of a dick. He wants his group to Know what to do in any situation, and is prous of what he has created.
Naomi
17. She is a snarky teenage girl, who fears turning out like her parents. She joins Mikey's group, against her better judgement to get away from her parent and her crappy life in her home town.
Ray
21. He was the second recruit when he was 19, he joined after his parents kicked him out for going against their beliefs. He is a stubborn guy that is serious when he needs to be. He's rather nice and accepting.
Valentine
24. She was Mikey's first recruit, they were both 17 and in similar situations. They've been through a lot together and have a complicated history. She fully supports Frank and Naomi's relationship. She has almost no filter.

I totally don't think it's as strange or out there as some people may think. Just cause he's part of the band doesn't mean he needs to be in every fic. He's not in the one I'm currently writing either lol.
