Frank came over, like he promised. Anne was still upset. Really upset.

"Hey Anne.." Frank started.

"What the hell do you want?" She hissed at him.

"I wanted to apologize for acting the way i did towards you yesterday. I had a really bad day." Frank looked really sorry. But i think he was faking it.

"Pfft. You think i care about your stinky ass, emo?" My jaw dropped. What the fuck?

"What the hell did you just say to me?" Frank clenched his hands. This was not going to end well.

"Fuck off, you disgust me." Anne stuck up her nose.

"Hey, don't talk to him like that!" I turned Anne around so she was facing me.

"Oh so you're on his side? I thought we were friends!" Anne pushed me so i fell onto Frank. She was going too far.

"I'm not on anyone's side! But if you two can't have a civilized conversation, then i will solve this for you." Both Anne and Frank looked at their feet.

"Charlie, we are leaving tomorrow." Anne glanced at me. I sighed in relief.

"Thank god. I am so sick of you! All you do is mess things up. I got a new start here. New friends, new house, even a fucking boyfriend!" I took a deep breath and then continued, "Anne, i'm sorry things had to turn out this way between us. But all these feelings have been bubbling up inside me and i finally had the guts to tell you, that i am done with you." It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders.

"How can you say that? All this time i have been your only friend!" Anne raised her voice.

"You were never my friend! All you've ever cared about was getting laid! The only reason you wanted to hang out with me was because i always agreed with you! I did what you asked me to do. You used me, and i'm so over it. So go pack your things, i don't want to see your face ever again." Frank put his hand on my shoulder.

"Calm down Charlie.." I turned around and put my head on his shoulder, and cried a bit.

"Why does shit like this always happen?" I wiped away my tears and turned to Anne, who looked shocked.

"I've already packed my things... i did it last night." Anne said, her voice was shaking. I nodded.

"Sorry it had to turn out this was. I guess i've just had to deal with a lot of shit and it all just poured out. I just really miss my mom." I gave Anne a sincere look.

"I haven't been very nice to you. I'm the one who should apologize." Anne looked at her feet.

"Oh honey... i need to talk to you about that." Dad came out of the door and gave me a plagued look.

"What?" I asked.

"You... you know that necklace Arianna gave you?" Arianna was my mothers name.

"Yeah, the one i lost. What about it?" Dad put his hand in his pocket and pulled out a shiny silver necklace with a picture in it. The photo pictured a woman that looked an awful lot like me.

"Your mom, i mean stepmom.." I interrupted him.

"What stepmom? What are you talking about?" I pulled it out of his hand.

"Can't you see how much you look like each other?" I starred at the picture for a moment. It looked a bit like me, but older and prettier.

"Dad, what the hell are you talking about." He blinked away a tear.

"That's your mother." And then came the silence.

Sorry!! I know this chapter is really short! But i just wanted to put it together as fast as possible. I thought it would be better to write a short chapter with a lot of drama than write a long boring one.
