She's The Prettiest Girl At The Party
INTRODUCTION
Junior high dance. This was my first dance, I planed everything out. What I was gonna wear, who I was taking and what was gonna happen.
Those plans went to trash, my suit was ruined. I had to wear a red tie, a black button up, and skinny jeans instead. My date got to flu. So I was alone.
I combed back my black hair watching everyone dance, as I sat throwing myself a pity party. None of my friends where coming. So I thought.
"Hey gee," Frankie said as she sat down next to me. "Hey," I answered playing with my hair.
i looked over at her. She was this beautiful black dress, her hair was done, no make up. She looked beautiful. I always found Frankie beautiful, but she was the my best friend I shouldn't had like her.
"Wanna dance," she said singing her feet. I looked down to see her converse. "Sure," I said standing up reacting down down for her hand.
I pulled her out the dance floor. Her hands around my neck, my hands on her waist. I looked into her hazel eyes wondering what she was thinking. Then after moments of silence, she spoke.
"My dad got a job offer in New York. I wanted to come to say goodbye," a tear fell from my eye.
"Well Iero, I love you. I'm gonna miss the hell out of you. I wish I could have send this sooner. I've had the biggest crush on sense kindergarten," we laughed a bit. Tears fell from her eyes. She smiled, "the feelings mutual Gerard," she smiled looking up at me.
I knew this was the moment. I looked down at her, leaning in closing my eyes, she leaned in too connecting our lips. Her lips where soft and sweet. But I felt tears fell from her eyes touch my skin, I bet she felt the same with the tears as I was streaming them.
I moved up continuing dancing with her. She's the prettiest girl at the party and she can prove it with a solid right hook.
