Summary
Gerard Way is a reporter stuck in a relationship he hates. Every night, his boyfriend hurts him in more ways than one, and Gerard wants an out. The only bit of excitement he gets during the day is reporting on the anonymous superhero by the name of Nine, known as the Superman of New York.
Enter Francis Iero, chief executive officer of the Pencey Corporation. Being rich, good-looking, and openly bisexual, he's Gerard's new fantasy. When Gerard is assigned to cover the yearly Pencey Corp Benefit, he's esctatic and quickly makes friend with the businessman.
But then he starts getting threats from someone who won't show their face. Sabotaging his relationship and threatening his job are notes saying one thing: stay away from Nine.
