That Smell

Gerard's pov

I woke up all glittery, great the full moon was coming again, I roled over and groaned because I couldn't go back to bed. "What's wrong?" Frank asked as I got out of bed. "I'm just glittery, gonna go for a walk?" I asked hopefully, Frank laughed and got up. "Your like a dog, yeah let's go." He said pulling his pants on, I got dressed as fast as I possibly could. The temperature was in the twenties, I didn't even bother taking my jacket, my sweater was warm enough. Frank got his winter jacket on and followed me outside. "Really?" Frank said looking at me questionly, I shrugged and took his hand. "Walk." I said making him laugh, wow I really did sound like a dog, how ironic. I was practically dragging him with me but he was keeping up. I ended up taking us into the wood and took the closed in lake that was shallow enough to walk across. "I didn't know this was here." Frank said as I got to the base of a huge oak tree, there was me and Mikey's tree house hidden in the branches. "Yeah, me and Mikey made this when I was in middle school." I said and started to clime up the tree because there was no latter. "You coming?" I asked holding a hand out, he took it and I pulled him up the the first branch, he looked shocked that I did that. When we got into the tree house I was amazed it still looked the same, comics were in the treasure chest still and there were old cans of Monster and Peace Tea. My old posters were still on the walls as a couple of blankets that me and Mikey would lay on. "This is kick ass." Frank said as I looked through the treasure chest, I pulled out my old sketch books and diary, wow it was all still here. Frank looked through my old sketch books, I found an old photo album and flipped through it. There was a lot of pictures of me and Mikey hanging out here, I turned to the last page where there was a picture of me in wolf form, wait, what the fuck?! I tossed the album into the box and walked over to look out the small window looking out at the lake. "Who's dog is this?" Frank asked, he had the album in his lap, my heart jumped. "My old dog." I said hoping he would believe me, I nodded and flipped through the rest, they were all pictures of me in wolf form with Mikey. It felt like my skin was on fire, I paced next to the window trying to stay calm. It was way to early for me to feel this way, I needed to get some energy out. "Can we go?" I asked as Frank flipped through a comic book, he nodded and got up. "Are you okay, I can feel the heat radiating from you." Frank said concerned, I nodded and helped him to the ground, I was so hyper. "Gerard are you sure your okay?" He asked watching me practically buzz with energy, I nodded and we started to walk again. "Race you to my house?" I said smiling at him playfully, he started to run without saying anything. I kept pace with him, he was sprinting out of the woods. It felt good letting some of my energy out, I ran ahead and made it to my house two minutes before he even got there, he ran up to me panting. "You should join track." He said still panting, I shrugged, ugh now I was horny as fuck. Right when we got into the house I pushed him against the wall and kissed him hungerly. We were still kissing as we walked to my bedroom, I kicked the door shit without breaking the kiss. He fell back in bed with me on top of him, I ripped his shirt off and he took mine off. I got the condomes and lube from my dresser and put them on, Frank did the same. My wolf was making my head fuzzy, it kinda felt like a dream. Before I know it I was laying next to Frank on the bed panting heavily as my whole body shook from my climax. All of my energy was practically gone now, I just wants to sleep but I know sleep wouldn't come. Oh god, I didn't even think about Frank being here when I shift, I started to panic a little, oh no. "Gee?" Frank asked looking at my panicked expression on my face. "I... Uh... Fuck how do I say this... Frank I love you a lot and I don't want to keep anything from you... I uh." I stuttered trying to find the right wording for this so I didn't sound crazy, Frank's fear scent was filling the room. "I'm a werewolf?" I said, it sounded like a question than a statement, Frank's fear scent went away. "Thank god, I thought you were going to tell me your breaking up with me or something." Frank laughed, wait he was okay with this? "Uh Frank you did hear me say I'm a werewolf, right?" I said as he laughed, he sat up and nodded. "That's actually really cool, werewolf safe kick ass." He said, how the hell was he taking this so great?! I was how shocked my self, this actually went great. "Wait isn't it the full moon tonight? This is fucking so cool Gee, your a fucking werewolf." Frank said, he was dead serious, this was going to be interesting, I am myself when I'm wolf but I don't know how I'll react with Frank here. "I uh... I don't know what I'll do if your around me, I won't hurt you but my wolf thinks your it's mate." I said blushing, Frank kissed my cheek. "I like wolves, and dogs, just don't hump my leg or anything like that. I am your mate, if you'll have me." Frank said, now he was blushing, I didn't have to be told twice, he was okay with all of this, he was amazing. I felt my wolf coming out again, it was getting late, all of a sudden my arm snapped. "Fuck, Frank I need to go outside." I said taking my shirt off, Frank helped me up and carried me upstairs, my legs were popping. I pulled my pants off and layed on the back porch, Frank sat next to me. When I was fully shifted I yelped happily and nuzzled Frank's side with my head. "Oh my god your like a giant puppy!" Frank laughed taking both of my ears and rubbing them, I covered his face in licks making him laugh more. I wagged my tail and ran into the night, Frank waved at me as I ran.
"Fuck." I growned as my legs popped into place, Frank ran up to me on the back porch. "What's wrong, are you okay?" Frank asked panicked, I shook my head and cried out as it felt like my ribs were being broken in half. "Changing back hurts like like." I said clenching my jaw as another wave of pain made me whimper, he picked me up gently and set me down on my bed. "C...can you get me two pills out of that pill bottle?" I asked as tears streamed down my face, Frank gave me two pills and water, I took then gratefully. "These pills can take down a horse, you just took two and half of one of those can put a horse to sleep." Frank said reading the pill bottle, the pills were good for large dog breeds, horse and cows. "They take the pain away, my system can't take human stuff because it's not strong enough." I said sighing as the pills kicked in, Frank slowly slipped under the covers with only his boxers on, I winced in pain as I tried to move. "Just rest Gee." He said softly, I closed my eyes and fell asleep with him rubbing my head gently.
