And then I met my teacher

He said as he sat on the edge of the bed.
''To tell me what? That you're not interested? I know, thank you.'' I snapped. He sighed.
''It's not what I meant...'' He said softly.
''You made it pretty damn clear for something you didn't mean.'' I said harshly.
''Look, I know what I did was wrong. I am sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you.''
''You didn't mean to hurt me, but you did mean what you said.''
''Yes.. Well, no, but yes...''
''I got it. You didn't need to come back to reexplain your point over again.'' I snapped.
''For God's sake, Frank! Will you stop being such a fucking little child and listen to what I have to tell you for once!'' He said firmly. I gulped to the sound of his voice.
''Go ahead.'' I said.
''I didn't mean to hurt you, okay? It's going to sound extremely cheesy, but it's not you, it's me. Do you think I am just going around sucking my students' dicks? Of course not! I knew you were special from the first time I saw you walking into my classroom with you fucking wet pants and eyeliner. I instantly knew something bad was going to happen. That's why I went to hard on you at school! Because I kept telling myself that if I made you hate me, nothing would happen. I knew I wouldn't be able to control myself around you so I tried to make you see me as someone completely repulsive, but clearly it didn't work. You're just a fucking child! I'm way too old for you! I'm fucking sick to be attracted to someone your age! You're special, Frank and seriously in another life, I would be the first on the list to jump on the occasion, but I really can't afford to lose my job. I can't afford to go to jail and to just leave Mikey alone in hospital. He needs me. Who would go visit him? He would hate me forever. And you, you would get expelled. It's not what I want for you either! You're young! You have an entire life in front of you. I'm certainly not the one who's going to ruin it for you.'' He said emotionally. I was speechless. Everything made sense now. That explained why he had been such a pain in the ass to me in school while he was being nice to everyone else. What was I supposed to say? Of course, I wasn't happy with his little speech, but I wasn't selfish enough to try to make him change his mind.
''Okay...'' I answered.
''I know you must be really mad at me and I respect that. I deserve it.'' He said.
''Don't say that...''
''It's true... I don't deserve someone like you to be in love with me.''
''Well, you didn't ask for it. It's not your fault.''
''So, you really are in love with me...?'' He asked. A little voice in my head was screaming ''YES'', but I remained silent. He understood what my silence meant and simply nodded.
''I see.'' He said.
''I'm sorry...''
''Don't be.'' He said as he laid on his back, next to me.
''I don't want to cause you any trouble.'' I said as my voice cracked.
'''It's alright. Come here.'' He said as he pulled me closer. My head was now resting on his chest and his arm was around me. He was playing with my hair to try to calm me down when, all of a sudden, he kissed the top of my head.
''What was that for?'' I asked confused.
